Very expensive and not well kept hotel. Hallways were filled with dirty room service dishes that were left for hours. However, the staff was very nice.

Looking for the third location for ice. At last have to go reception for ice.

While it is a good location, one of the staffs was very disrespectful and arrogant. The dinning hall manager, with a strange British accent , was rude and treated customer unfriendly , until she saw decent tips on the bills.

For what I paid not worth it! They charged even for coffee

Took 45 minutes to check in way too long wait and short staff. My room floor was wet and strong smell. Restaurant staff wasn’t friendly at all and too long wait for my food even my food ready restaurant staff didn’t call.

The room furnishings were very old, outdated, battle-scarred, like a Motel 6 that hadn't been updated since the 70s. No outlets near the beds, which would have been terrible if I had a CPAP to plug in, and had to plug in my phone, etc. across the room. Room service was prompt. Had to hunt for the one outlet where you could plug in the hair dryer provided. Had to pay for WiFi as I hadn't included my HHonors number to Orbitz when I booked. Needed walking directions from the terminal to the hotel. The arrows around the terminal were not very useful. Not so bad going back (use the overhead walkways).

Great location for next day flight. Very friendly staff and breakfast was good. Beds were very very hard and there was no separate cover sheets just a combo sheet/blanket that made sleeping a challenge. Also no wash cloths for bath/showering.

It was really nice to be so close to the airport for our morning flight. It was busier than we expected - there was a long line at check-in and it took at least 30 minutes to check-in.

Front Desk lines were very long; over 30 minutes. Lot of dirt in all corners of all places; looked old and underkept. Hot tub was not working. No towels in the pool/gym; dryer problem. This just made guests go to room and get towels, guest services hung up 4 times when calling for replacement towels. Huge fee to use pickle ball courts, but they are highlighted as an amenity on main page. Super disappointing for a Hilton property.
