BOYCOTT HILTON! I had booked a one night stay at this Hilton in conjunction with a trip from the USA to Italy. Due to coronavirus, the flight flight was canceled (and reimbursed) over 3 months ago. Given that I could not travel from the USA to Italy and the boarders between the 2 countries were closed (and still are) I requested Hilton to refund my prepaid booking, or to issue a credit for a future stay. Hilton has refused to do either. Despicable action, especially coming the Hilton chain! For years I have stayed at Hilton hotels around the world. I will never stay there again.

At the airport, very convenient. Great bar and bar tender. All staff very efficient and courteous.

Very convenient because it is connected to the terminals. Quite a walk, but all was great. Checking in and out was easy and fast. Nicollet at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet with nice view. The bathroom was a bit dated, but not a problem for us because we loved the large rainfall showerhead. The foods at the restaurant were good although the prices were considerably higher than in Rome and Florence. The King burger was great as well as the salmon. Thank you for a pleasant night before our flight home.

Needed medical attention. Loved how accomodating the staff was in getting a dr to come to the room to treat me. Room was great but lots of lighting issues. No plugs anywhere near our bed which is really important in todays day and age with cell phones needing to be charged. a few of the light bulbs were out in our room. Restaurant was horrible and took hours.

Unbelievable access to the airport coupled with friendly service and good food.

Beautiful facility. Close to airport. Nice soccer fields

Very comfortable. Perfect for a night in the airport

A simple but good located hotel for passengers in transit

They gave me a handy cap room , was terrible for us

Reserved a non smoking room but room definitely smelled like it previously had been smoked in. Went down to the cafe to order some food, took almost an hour to get a simple club sandwich. The hall down to our room had trash and plates from room service all over halls. When we left in the morning, same trash was still all over the hall. WiFi hardly worked in the lobby. I normally have great experiences at Hilton’s but this property seemed run down/ I was very disappointed about the smoke smell. It was convenient t the airport but that was about it.

Very comfortable beds! Easy access to airport via free shuttle. Shuttle service to city center through free shuttles was extremely convenient as well. Hotel personnel are friendly and helpful

Rooms were clean and roomy. Linens and bed were so very comfortable. Restaurant on site had very good food and drinks.

Very convenient for airport access. We were traveling with small children and were also upgraded to a suite which was fantastic.

Felt like a hospital room and pool didn’t seem clean.

I went to check in and they refused to let us check in because my 13yr old son's last name is different on his passport. They said I needed an authorization letter from his father. Are you kidding me? I had plane ticket stubs to and from Italy and had been there for three weeks and NO other hotel required this other than Hilton and I was not told ahead of time I would need it because if I had been, I would have booked somewhere else. There were three separate ladies the counter deli with us. Two were fine, but one was as rude as can be. Her little "American and in America" retort was not appreciated as bot my son and I were sick and it was the last night of our three week journey in Italy before flying home. We had to somehow locate his father who was traveling between New York and California which was no easy feat. Luckily his wife helped up find and awaken him. He had to wake up after an exhausting flight day, he had to fix his printer, fill out the form and send it back before they would let us check in. Here is the kicker, they did not even require any identification from his father so it could have randomly been anyone signing his name to the form and Hilton would not have known. I mean how ridiculous is that!! I spent seven years in Risk Management for one of the largest public agencies in the USA and if you are going to have a policy Hilton, at least make it a good one. We spent hours and hours waiting in the lobby area. Never staying at Hilton again!!
