We didn't stay here but we're welcomed for drinks on their roof top bar. All the staff were very friendly and provided various complementary appetizers throughout our two hour stay. Watched the sun set over Rome with a cocktail I requested that wasn't on the menu. Great bar to visit.
Fantastic location with view on rome and san peter. The food is good and the environment is very elegant and staff is nice. I did not feel however very comfortable as it seems very artificial place and more to show off. For this reason i am not sure i might come back
Forte used to own this hotel when I worked for them. Went to lunch in rooftop restaurant fantastic views. At the top of the Spanish steps. Very luxurious good for a special occasion would definitely go back if given.the chance.
Central location, on top of the Spanish Steps, amazing views from rooms and rooftop Café and Bar. tastefully remodeled, luxurious rooms. But this hotel is all about the service, from the moment I arrived at the hotel and was met by the doormen to the friendly and efficient check in, the gracious and caring staff to the day I reluctantly had to leave. Every interaction I have had with the staff left me thinking that this is how to gain customer loyalty. Nothing was too much trouble, Every request was handled efficiently and with a smile. Clefs d'Or concierge team was very good and their recommendations spot on! The service by Francesco and his team at the café...EXEMPLARY Helpful, friendly and very attentive. Breakfast and lunch buffets absolutely worth the price. Fresh, healthy and delicious food. And the 180 views...amazing! I have stayed at the Amans, the Peninsulas,and four seasons and they were al very good but....my heart belongs to Hotel Eden
My boyfriend and I spent 3 nights and 4 days at this hotel to celebrate his birthday. It was our first time in Rome and Hotel Eden ensured we had the perfect trip. We arrived around 11.30am and our Prestige room was already available for us to check-in. The lady who checked us in was also able to confirm the spa treatments and dinner that I'd pre-booked for the following day. We were also asked what time we'd like turn down service each evening - a nice touch to be asked. Upon check-in we were also introduced to the concierge team who offered up their services for our stay. When we got back to the room after lunch and a wander around on the first day we found a bottle of champagne on ice with a lovely card to say they hoped we would enjoy celebrating our special occasion there. The room itself was gorgeous, the Prestige room is definitely worth paying out for. It was spacious with a huge bed that we both agreed was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. The bathroom was really high end and done out with gorgeous marble, double sinks, a huge bathtub, a large and powerful shower and separate toilet. The room is also kitted out with some great technology - a Bang and Olfsen TV and separate speaker and a tablet that manages commands in the room as well as allowing you to order room service or ask for your room to be cleaned for example. The staff at this hotel really make the experience of staying there extra special. From the doormen to the concierge, the cleaning staff, restaurant and spa employees. The concierge team were able to sort out all of our requests with ease and speed whether it was a restaurant booking or directions. For example we asked for a dinner reservation before leaving the hotel one morning, they advised the restaurant didn't open until midday and that they'd call us as soon as they'd confirmed it. They called us at 12.05 - brilliant! On a number of occasions we asked the doormen to call us a taxi and they gave us the free use of the hotel car which was a really nice touch. If you have the time then I'd definitely recommend taking the time to enjoy a spa treatment or two, we had a couples massage and we both agreed it was one of the best spa experiences we've ever had. The massages were just perfect, the bed was really comfortable and as a little celebration for my boyfriends birthday they brought us a glass of champagne each and some fresh fruit afterwards which was a lovely surprise. For the evening of my boyfriends birthday I'd made dinner reservations at the 1 michelin star Terraza Del'Eden which was phenomenal, to be honest I think its more in line with many 2* restaurants we've eaten at. Outstanding service and delicious food all served in a really creative way. The langoustine starter and the chefs pasta dish for main were a couple of the highlights. Another birthday surprise was the chocolate cake they presented my boyfriend with at the end of the meal. Again, returning to our room that evening we found it filled with balloons and another note to say happy birthday and that they hoped we'd had a wonderful meal to celebrate my boyfriends birthday and then to top it off someone had gone above and beyond and found my boyfriends Instagram account which is open to the public and they'd printed and framed a picture of us from it. This is customer service at its finest and was a really really lovely surprise. If we return to Rome there is only one place we will be staying. If in any doubt whether for a short trip or special occasion you certainly can't go wrong by making a reservation here. The hotel truly surpassed all of our expectations. I've always said that my favourite hotel of all time is Hotel Le Bristol in Paris but this certainly gives it a run for its money.

Concierge manages all your needs and desires going the “extra mile” every single time. The restaurant staff found out I had a flu and sent me tea during my entire stay, different teas elegantly brought on silver and fine china . Fresh fruits were changed during all my stay. Linen, towels, silverware , decor, service make this boutique hotel one of the bests in Europe !!! And coming from someone that manages high end incentive groups for 32 years , should be taken as a compliment. Congratulations to Gaetano, Roberto, “super hero concierge team” , magician food and beverage team and the entire Eden staff . You raised the bar and exceeded my expectations ... super spoiled me and my group members. It was an AMAZING experience to organize my event/incentive with you !! Hotel Eden is without a doubt one of the most extraordinary hotel experience we have ever had. From check-in to departure the team were so warm and welcoming, ensuring that our first visit to Rome was over-the-top special. Where do I start? Service is exceptional. The team is friendly and genuine, making us feel so comfortable. Every time you return, you're greeted with a smile! The Concierge was so helpful in suggesting walking routes and assisting with reservations to the best restaurants and sites. The property just underwent a renovation and the results are stunning. The rooms are comfortable, but functional, spacious and so well-designed. Artwork, accent pieces and furniture have been carefully chosen - the rooms are unique in design but completely uncluttered. There's a clear sense of character which I loved. The bed - wow - the bed alone is reason enough to stay at Hotel Eden. It's absolutely dreamy, making it really hard to leave the hotel at all. Breakfast is included and must be one of the best in Rome. Aside from panoramic views of the city from the rooftop where the restaurant sits, the buffet is wonderfully curated with a selection of cured meats and cheeses, bakery items, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, cereal and anything you can dream of. The team are so friendly and anticipate your every need - from topping up your bellini to bringing you eggs made to order. We stopped by for a pre-dinner one evening and were greeted with the same lovely service from the evening team. The charcuterie board was delicious and generous in size. Hotel Eden really has it all - if you have a chance, stay here.
A luxury hotel in the grandest tradition. The staff is outstanding and the service is peerless. Breakfast in the rooftop restaurant is a delight and worth the cost of the room. The remodeled rooms are throughly first class and tastefully done.
Arrived very late and exhausted ... staff couldn’t have been more gracious and welcoming. Then truly remarkable service throughout our stay! Location perfect. Close to everything but felt private. Room glorious,. Double marble vanities (which some 5 stars do not offer in non suites.) The hotel was recently renovated. Very high tech, Immaculate. Great beds, Bottega bath products, Even a pillow spray to promote a deep sleep. We enjoyed “included breakfasts,” which were amazing....as were the views from the restaurant. Left for the Vatican too early for breakfast one day so they sent, included, a boxed breakfast of our choice... and it was their idea! My husband has a birthday soon but not while we were visiting. They sent champagne and dessert which said, “happy early birthday!” What more can I say? In 50 years of high end travel, rare to experience this level of care by EVERYONE!. Feel pampered and enjoy!
