The hotel was very nice and the staff was helpful. Asked the receptionist for directions and she explained it really well and even printed directions off for us just in case. Breakfast and wifi were very good! A bit farther from central Rome but easy to access.
This is a solid 3 star, maybe 3.25. We came for a concert at nearby Palolottomattica and would stay again for this purpose. Breakfast was good to great in our opinion. Fresh squeezed orange juice, scrambled eggs and other traditional Italian fare. Hotel staff helpful. Rooms and bathrooms small but clean and they worked fine. We liked the floor mat at each bedside, 2 free bottles of water in the small fridge, wall plugs at bedside for electronics, elevator that works well. Air conditioning isn’t robust. Maybe you leave the AC on when away from the room? Just leave a key in the electric switch. Wifi good when it was good. See Ookla readings below. Hotel easy walk from subway station and bus stop. Easy to get into central Rome and back – and very economically with no parking hassle. If walking to Palolottomattica: when walking to the venue from the hotel, you are facing the venue’s back door and you must get around to the front door on the opposite side. We took the long way around. Walk home much easier. Suggest you allow 30 minutes to get from your room to the proper gate in front of the venue. We had three rooms on the 5th floor. No particular problems. The hotel is placed near the metro station B (500 meters) . Personels are kindly. Rooms are clean but not modern. The breakfast is complete and it's good quality; coffee (espresso) and cappuccino are free of charge
Positive experience in which the friendly staff played a leading role. The room and bath room were not very large but clean and comfortable. The shower was hot and strong. WIFI was mostly OK. The safe was locked when I came in and reception got it fixed within 30 minutes. Breakfast was nice and complete, the coffee was great. Getting to the hotel was a challenge because of the next door construction of the new and large conference center. The best benefit of the hotel is the restaurant: really nice.
Nice hotel situated close to good public transport links. Very comfortable rooms with fantastic, huge & marbled bathroom. Excellent al fresco breakfast. Friendly staff willing to help. Let down by the attached restaurant - trying too hard to be high end - would be better just doing good Italian food better.
I have spent over 4 months on and off in this hotel for work over the last 3 years. Rooms are nice and spacious also clean and well kept. Breakfast is a good spread and the restaurant is also very good. It's very near the EUR Palasport tube station for easy access into the city centre. Takes about 20 mins on the Tube. All the staff are really friendly and helpful. Davide And Flávio are just great and always willing to have a chat about the football, as long as it's Roma
Quite old fashion hotel, with a pleasant and very helpful staff. Rooms with old furnitures and the worst hair dryer possible. Even so, has the minimum comfort and space. Very near to the metro station. The gym is very new, beautiful but frustrating in therms of equipments. There are no weights to lift. Just tread meals and bicycle. The restaurant is ok, nothing special. The conference room that I worked was horrible. Very small, heavy old, warm, with a catastrophic slide projector (practically no zoom). Hated to work there. The so called "congress hotel" has to improve immediately.
Excellent good rooms, polite staff, good wifi. My only gripe was when we switched to working nights and as we were trying to sleep the cleaner kept banging on the door every hour on the hour. Just as I nodded off. Bang bang. But that issue was resolved.. everything else was spot on.
Stayed during a business street. Did not think location was ideal as neither close to Rome historic centre, neither airport. Located in the EUR neighborhood, mainly offices so quiet and not much going on after business hours. Hotel was a bit dated and tired for the price range. Also there is a big construction site just opposite the hotel - the cloud by Renzo Piani" blocking view. The real star of the show was the receptionist called "Silvia", incredibly friendly and approachable, well informed and always always very much available.
Stayed at this hotel during a fleeting visit to Rome whilst on business. The hotel is conveniently located to the airport, about 15-20 minute drive (without traffic), although at peak times I can imagine this takes a lot longer - cost about €30. The hotel itself is opposite a construction site at present, although this wasn't noisy when I stayed (Friday-Saturday). The hotel is about a 5-10 min walk from the Metro station. The rooms are comfortable and clean, although the WiFi is patchy and a real let-down for those of us on business, needing to get work done. The staff were polite and reasonably friendly, but lacked the genuine warmth of a really good hotel, and actually appeared disinterested a lot of the time. Trying to get a drink at the bar was a bit of an effort. It was only 9pm, but I seemed to be an inconvenience for someone wanting to get home, especially when the lights started getting switched off. I ate in the restaurant. Menu choice is reasonably diverse, but the quality of the cooking is average and quite disappointing for Italy. Overall, I would stay here again, but would probably eat and drink elsewhere.
