Excellent staff but not a 4 star by American standard. No exercise room, no swimming pool, laundry, no tissues in rom. Breakfast is good. Very convenient location. Walking distance to Collosseum, Victory square, Fountain, Forum. Restaurants, markets, bus location. Rome is alive and safe to walk at night. Room has the traditional key, you must turn the key to lock. Once locked it cannot be opened without a key from inside or outside. Shower has no curtain, it only has a partial glass door, so if you take a shower, the room is flooded.

Awesome roof and room terrace views! Beautifully located within walking distance to the colloseum and other sights.

The location and the hotel's terrace are the only good things about this hotel. The bed was very uncomfortable and a/c was not working well.

It was fantastic being on the top (6th) floor, away from street-side, for the view!!!! Continental breakfast was fine. Only downfall was that the housekeeper knocked, then barged right in our room while before we had a chance to say anything. I would definitely stay there again, and recommend it.

The hotel is very centrally located. We were able to go to all the places we were interested in by foot. The rooms are fine and the service excellent. When we checked in for our 3-night stay, we found that our room had half-steps in the corridor as well as inside the room, somewhat inconvenient for us since one of us uses a wheelchair, which the hotel didn't know. Nothing could be done that day because the hotel was full. But our luggage was moved to a step-free room the next day while we were out. Small details were very well attended to by the reception desk.

Although I only had a short stay in this hotel, it was great. From the rooftop patio to the close proximity to many of the great Roman sites were what lead me to choose this hotel.

this hotel has the perfect location and amenities to match. You can walk up the hill to local restaurants and fancy mall shops, or down the hill to the tourist zone. The staff provides taxi pick up reservations and other guidance. Roof has a view. Will return here again!

First time visit to Rome. Hotel location was wonderful. We were walking distance to most everything. The staff was most helpful with all our needs. Will definitely stay there again and again.

The location of this hotel was great. Within walking distance of some of Rome's greatest attractions, the Trevi Fountain, Colliseum, Forum, etc. The hotel was what we expected - a small room with two double beds pushed together and a small bathroom. The room did NOT have a safe and the television did not even have CNN. (We stayed in a small town in northern Italy called Mantova and even they had CNN in the hotel.) The biggest problem with this place was the shower. It was impossible to set the water temperature. No matter which way you turned the faucet you always got the same thing, a 90 second cycle of warm, warmer, hot, SCALDING, hot, cooler, cold, FREEZING, then warm, warmer, etc.) After 3 days I got real good at anticipating when i needed to jump out of the way. So... if it were cheaper or if the shower was fixed then i'd be ok recommending the hotel, but otherwise, i wouldn't stay there again.
