Hotel De Rome3.0 out of 5.0

I loved the location and one of the front desk personal, a lovely lady was fantastic at offering suggestions for restaurants, what to see and do. The other 2 gentleman not so helpful in fact one one no English. The room was cleaned okay but the bathroom was a big problem some mildew on the curtain. Hard to have a proper shower when the water runs out of the area onto to the floor. Small room but okay. I think I would not stay again and definitely not recommending it.
This was my second trip to Rome. The first time I stayed in a hotel that advertise as being walking distance from almost everywhere. That was not true. When I booked this hotel that was one of my fears. This hotel allowed me to save so much money in cabs and the subway. Everything was walking distance. I took the subway from the termini station and walked to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful with deciding a dinning place. The breakfast in the morning was intimate and delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome. Next time I would stay for more nights.
