Room was very specious. Breathtaking view of the ocean. Staffs are friendly. We left early in the morning so they had breakfast ready night before. I would stay again.

The staff were great. The hotel and rooms were super clean. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but it smelled delish. I would recommend it and would stay there again.

We booked this hotel for an overnight before flying out of the Fiumicino airport the next morning. The hotel was perfect for families. The property size was large with a sizeable pool. We had a rental car and they had ample free parking in a lot directly across the street - very convenient. The rooms were of some of the largest rooms we stayed in during our travels in Italy, so it was refreshing for us to be able to keep our suitcases open and still have walking space. The hotel is a little older with a few little flaws or quirks, but overall, it was a good value and we were pleased. The air conditioning worked well in the room and the shower gave good pressure and temperature. The included breakfast was a large set up with lots of options. I’d stay again.

We (myself, husband, and two large teenage boys) were flying in overnight for a cruise out of Rome (actually Civitavecchia, about 1.5 hours from Rome, but who is counting?) and wanted to stay on the coast about halfway between the airport and the seaport to give us a day to recover from jet lag before embarkation. This little family-run hotel was just the ticket. It is close to the beach, where there are a variety of restaurants and beach clubs. We had a quadruple room, which was just fine for our purposes. It was small and a little tight, but it was clean, there was wifi, and they let us into our room early! It had a cute little balcony with sea views. There is also a restaurant where we had lunch, and the breakfast was included and delicious. We had an early "dinner" on the beach (drinks and apertivo....they didn't start serving dinner until 8pm) and watched the sunset. It was hot as the blazes, but there was a breeze on the water and the AC in the room was very comfortable. The family that runs the hotel are all lovely people. This is obviously a local place, for Italian tourist, not Americans. Speaking with the older folks was tricky, but we all laughed with Google translate and they were very happy whenever we tried to speak our terrible Italian... Fair warning....if you come from the airport, just use the Uber app. The airport folks will steer you toward the "local" taxis because you aren't going to Rome. DON'T. Ripoff. Just use Uber. (Also in Greece.)
