The hotel room was clean, and a good basic layout for the price. Typical Italian breakfast was nice. The staff were really helpful and welcoming. The only downside is that i did get a few bugbites from the bed. Nothing major, but not ideal. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Basic and no frills.

The hotel is basic and dated. Mattress/bed is old, beddings was clean but did feel itchy due to bugs probably coz of the old bed. Curtains dirty, table top with no chair. Small fridge enough for a few bottles to be chilled. Small TV, no wifi due to being at the top floor. Lights in the room was not enough, as it was a little dark. Toilet was ok but shower was tiny. Hair dryer broken. Aircon was controlled by reception only but was asked our preference during check in. Check in procedure was ok, service was sufficient. No receptionist after 11pm, so check in after this will be sent via email Breakfast was included in the price, a selection of breads/pastries, cereals, juices and coffee/tea. No lift from street level to reception area where the lift for the hotel is also located. Lift can fit only a maximum of 4 people. Stairs from street to reception probably around 10. Hotel is ok for one night/transits only.

Hotel is far from a lot and to much walking! The breakfast was terrible and very dark in the rooms, bed was hard and felt unsafe that they didn't have anyone at the door at night.

Great if you're on a budget

Great value if you're on a budget - a little out from the main tourist areas but there are nearby tram & metro stops (not too many local bars or restaurants). World be great to have air conditioning controls in the room - this currently has to be done through Reception staff who are only there until midnight. We were able to leave our luggage there after we checked out, which was very useful.

Decent hotel but definitely not close to Termini.

The hotel was decent and the staff there were nice. I only wish that on their description of the hotel that it indicates its about a 15 to 20 minute walk from Termini Station which is a distance when you are traveling with kids and lugging luggage. Would definitely think twice about staying there again only due to the distance from the train station.

Perfect for a city break

The staff were exceptional , their customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced. The beds were comfy the room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was adequate for us , nice coffee . The area wasn’t ideal but it was reflected in the price we paid . We could walk everywhere from the hotel but we like walking . The bus and train station was only a 10-15 min walk away if you wanted public transport.

Good location

The hotel was clean and friendly. Location was good. Hotel is fairly basic but suits the price and is only just somewhere to sleep. Breakfast was just pastries tea and coffee but fresh. Only downside no glasses in the room and minimum sockets.

We had no hot water and woke up to the stench of sewage. The pillows were wafer thin. The location is ok. I would not stay here again, there must be better deals out there.

There were two brothers working in reception one was very friendly and helpful and the other one didn't say much the location is easy to get to most places and there's two nearby restaurants that were excellent one right around the corner with a waiter to Roberto's that was highly amusing and very nice ! We were on the top floor may be the only one with the balcony the stairs were pretty strenuous and I wouldn't use the elevator it was like a little box with you was awesome into the back streets in the room is very nice

Way too expensive, 1.5*, not 3*

The hotel itself is in a decent location, about a 10 min walk to the metro and 5 mins to the bus station. That's about the best thing about it. The hotel/ rooms themselves are extremely old, dirty and run-down. Staff were miserable, not bothered to help. The breakfast included was very basic, same each day. We stayed at another hotel in Venice after Rome, which was labeled as 2 stars, but it was 100 times better than hotel centre 3! This hotel should be classed as a 1.5/ 2 star at most. I would say that it is well worth looking around for other/ better hotels, even if you do end up paying a little more, as it is worth it. The amount we paid for this hotel was way too much, definitely not worth it.
