The hotel is near the airport, and the staff/rooms are perfectly pleasant, but our room was situated directly next to the smoking area, and our room was flooded with smoke.

great little find in Fiumicino with great bathrooms and big showers.

The staff was very friendly and hopeful. The breakfast was basic and sufficient.

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. Everything else was fine.

We were not there very long and did not see much of the property but from what we were able to experience, it seemed to be pretty nice. The shower did run out of hot water before everyone had finished their shower so we have to take off for that.

Wi Fi is on and off. Our shower didn’t work- it sprayed up towards the ceiling. We asked for another room to use the shower and he let us use shower in a room that 2 boys had been in. We had to catch airport shuttle so just showered quickly. Also hair dryer in our room didn’t work.

Clean, easy to navigate, and friendly service. Nothing to rave nor complain about here. Close to the airport with a shuttle service (10 minutes) you have to pay for.

The room was sufficient, but the beds were extremely hard, the walls were paper thin, and we never got the wake up call we were promised. It's good for one night but I wouldn't go out of my way for it.

Great value near the airport. Very clean and new.

Hotel was nicer than I expected initially. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful with luggage. Room was spacious. On the surface the room looked clean until I walked around in my socks a bit and realized how dirty the floor was. Bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, that didn't help me sleep because the floors/ceiling is so thin, I heard the apparently jetlagged people above sliding a chair across the floor and even talking all night. Got the room to just sleep a night before an early flight. Got only 2 hours of sleep thanks to the people above so it didn't meet my purpose. If it weren't for that, I would recommend it. Other reviewers don't seem bothered by the noise, so it could just be my light sleeping nature.

Clean, modern, convenient to dinning and airport. The breakfast was very good.

Nice Hotel and staff! old and slow elevator. Close to beach and restaurants.

Great choice for an early flight out of FCO, easy check-in/out, extremely helpful staff, and comfortable, air-conditioned, spacious rooms. Only issue is the very expensive cab ride to the hotel from the airport, even though it is only a 8 min drive away! The shuttle is not much cheaper, it was $30 Euro for our family of 4. Quite expensive for such a quick trip. But, at least the hotel was a fair deal and the front desk was very helpful with recommendations on where to eat, getting us set for the airport early the next day with a cab, etc.

Not much to look at from the outside and lobby, but the rooms were newly renovated and spacious. The bathroom was huge and had a spa tub. It was a comfortable stay. Don’t bother with their shuttle. We took Uber coming and going and it only cost us about 13€ each way and there was 4 of us. The Uber driver will meet you outside baggage claim upon arrival

Outside appearance of the hotel is very simple from the street, but the inside if you he rooms is very nice, newly renovated
