Staff does not answer the phone. Hot water lasts for 5mins, maybe. The patio door was left open by staff. Shuttle service is a joke. Room looked like it needed serious maintenence. The air conditioner was broken and was not stated until asked. Walls are paper thin.

Sad to have this in a very nice h

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The morning and overnight staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and truly went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Unfortunately, one staff member out of the three we interacted with was extremely rude, aggressive, and made us feel very uncomfortable. This behavior stood in stark contrast to the excellent service we received from the other team members. Because of this negative interaction, we felt it was only fair to give a lower overall rating, even though the majority of the staff were wonderful. We hope management addresses this, as the rest of the team really deserves recognition for their outstanding service.

Maybe not as advertised

Seems like Hotels.com overestimated this spot. Bathroom shower pan didn’t drain so water went on floor. There is a shuttle to the airport but you must pay for it. There is no bar or restaurant. The gentleman checking us in was very nice and “threw in the buffet for breakfast”. Certainly glad we didn’t pay for it. It is close to the airport.

Skip this one.

There was nothing wrong with the place but it felt like a cheap motel. We didn’t pay a lot but still it was dirty. The mold and drain flies in the bathroom were bad and the walls were dirty. The mattress was super uncomfortable. We didn’t even shower because the shower looked unclean. We were only there for 1 night but it definitely could use some tlc and attention to detail.

The property is budget friendly and basic. The staff do not respond to your emails for airport pick up information. When we arrived at the airport it was difficult to located their pick up van. The hotel provided pictures of a van with a name on it. A van with no writing on it with a rude driver showed up to pick us up. The hotel is located very close to the airport that’s why we choose it.

I stayed for a night on the way back from Rome to Philadelphia. Front desk is open 24/7. They have a shuttle to the airport starting at 6:10 AM. It costs about 10 Euros. If you want to leave earlier, you can order a taxi (the taxi charged the 3 of us 35 Euros). It is about a 10 minute ride to the airport. My room including the bathroom was large, modern and clean. Visit Via della Torre Clementina. This street is a 5 minute walk from the hotel and there are several restaurants, a nice canal and great sunset views. It was a fantastic way to spend our last night in Italy.
