I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel the staff was Excellent, and they spoke english. The dining area and people there were very nice also. I stayed for a week; I would stay again. Room 202 Boston

The property is good. But there are some ameniies that are missing. On our 2nd day of stay, there is no hot water and the water and very cold. On our 3rd day up to last day of stay, above guest is very noisy at night. They are moving furnitures everywhere. But the housekeeping is good.

Una brutta esperienza. Ho dovuto pagare due volte per un problema tra l'app su cui ho prenotato e l'hotel, che ha approfittato della situazione per farci pagare un'altra volta, a un prezzo più alto, la camera già pagata. Hanno sfruttato la situazione per guadagnare di più. Se fossero state persone oneste, ci avrebbero avvisato e avremmo prenotato in un altro albergo; ci hanno fatto sapere solo all'arrivo in hotel. E adesso ancora non riesco a recuperare i soldi pagati in più. Una brutta esperienza. Mai capitata una cosa del genere con un albergo. P

Allora ,al mio arrivo ho alla reception c'era una ragazza molto accogliente e disponibile , anche durante il mio soggiorno ho trovato persone molto cortesi e disponibile ,cosa che non posso dire al checkout una ragazza credo straniera, che la pazienza e cortesia evidentemente l'ha dimenticata al suo paese
