Raoni was really helpful. He took the time to explain the property (wifi, the keys, sofa bed) and the location and also gave us family-friendly restaurant recommendations. All of his recommendations were a hit! The apartment was a good size and plenty of space for our family of four, but it would have been even better with a better sofa and few more kitchen utensils to make preparing food easier (e.g a chopping board).

This apartment was perfect for us. Things I loved were:- each bedroom had it's own en suite, perfect for privacy.- one bedroom faced the main street, and the other bedroom faced THE quietest courtyard, perfect for light sleepers. - great communication with jacob, our host. he even arranged car service to get us from the airport.- they allow you to drop your bags prior to the actual check in time, eliminating the need to use one of the pricier luggage storage facilities nearby.- location was amazing. so close to all of the shopping and spanish steps, but on a street that wasn't as busy. best of both worlds.- we had 3 adults, and we never ran out of hot water...a rarity in Italy! I'm thinking that they may have a tankless hot water tank.- there is an elevator, another rarity in Italy! I would absolutely stay here again.

Family Vacation in Rome

A perfect spot in the heart of Rome for our first trip to Italy. The property itself had everything we needed and fit our family of four with plenty of space for everyone. The air conditioning was especially appreciated as we were visiting during a heat wave. Communication with the property management was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again.

Great experience

We chose this property because of the online presented photos and the prime location. It was what we wanted due to the walking distance to all the sites and restaurants. I would definitely return to this property because it met everything we expected. I was pleased that the accommodation was enhanced by the arrange airport pick up and drop off prior to arrival and departure. That made life much easier as we traveled.We were greeted at the front door upon arrival and walked through the property and were explained how everything worked. The Wi-Fi worked very well, which was important because I still had to work from Rome.I definitely recommend this location and the hosts were awesome
