Esquiliae is on the third floor of an elegant late '800 building overlooking the central and tree-lined Viale Manzoni and offers all the necessary comforts to make you spend a pleasant stay in the Eternal City; a comfortable double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, an equipped kitchen and a living room with a comfortable table and a sofa that can be transformed into a 120x200 bed if necessary. Upon request there is the possibility of adding a cot for the little ones in the double bedroom.

Perfect location and very good apartment

The location is very convenient, there are plenty restaurants around and you can catch the metro very quickly. The apartment is very spacious (it didn't stand out in the pictures) and well equipped. Lorenzo is very nice and answers messages quicky. We will choose this apartment again when we come back to Roma.

Proche du métro et du train. Restaurant qui fait l’angle du bâtiment est génial. Rue parfois bruyante, mais on est dans le centre ville.

Merveilleux appartement

Appartement très bien situé à quelques minutes à pied de bus, métro et gare. Une supérette située à 3 minutes à pied est très bien fournie. Le canapé d’appoint est très bien pour des enfants mais pour des adultes le matelas est très léger. Lit confortable et chambre spacieuse.

Appartement très confortable et tranquille , bien équipé du nécessaire pour un court séjour... plutôt bien situé, pour bénéficier de tous lesmoyens de transports romains...ce qui nous a permis de passer un très bon séjour à Rome...!

Lorenzo ci ha accolti perfettamente con gentilezza e disponibilità. La casa è dotata di tutti i confort necessari per una breve vacanza a Roma. La posizione è fantastica, un supermercato rifornito di TUTTO a soli 50 mt. da casa, un bar eccezionale per la colazione proprio sotto casa, e 5 ristoranti e pizzerie a pochi metri. Vicina la fermata metro Manzoni, da cui si possono prendere anche bus e tram per visitare tutta la città. Consigliatissima... Grazie di tutto Lorenzo
