Domus Ricca Termini

Completely renovated apartment 100 metres from Termini Station. The location of the house will allow you to reach all the most important points of Rome in just a few minutes. The Colosseum and Roman Forum, the Vatican and St. Peter\'s, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, the Circus Maximus and other important sites are all reachable in 10 minutes by metro or bus.



The house is on the fifth floor with a lift and can accommodate up to five people. It has two bedrooms, one double and one larger one with a double bed and a single sofa bed, two bathrooms with showers, a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, plates, glasses, pots, pans, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher.



The apartment has heating, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi internet connection, bed linen, towels, washing machine, dishwasher and hairdryer, ironing board and iron, TV in all rooms.



Near the house there are all kinds of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias and everything you might need during your holiday.



The location of the house will allow you to reach all the most important points of Rome in just a few minutes. The Colosseum and Roman Forum, the Vatican and St. Peter\'s, the Trevi Fountain, Piazza di Spagna, the Circus Maximus and other important sites are all reachable in 10 minutes by metro or bus.



For arrivals between 8pm and 11pm, there is an additional cost of €30 to be paid in cash on arrival. After 11pm check-in is not possible unless previously agreed and subject to availability.

Tourist tax of €6 per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) per person (not applicable to children under 10) to be paid in cash on arrival.



For stays longer than 28 nights, electricity and gas are paid separately based on consumption.

A refundable security deposit of €150 in cash is required for long-term stays, fully refundable at check-out.

From the Fiumicino and Ciampino airports, you can take either the train (from Fiumicino) or the bus (from Ciampino) to Termini Station, and then the house is a 2-minute walk away.

On request, a transfer service with a driver (with a car or van) can be provided to take guests directly from the airport gate to the apartment.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. This apartment is perfectly located near Termini station. It was easy to get to the station and back with all our bags. The property manager let us drop off our bags before normal check in time and use the restroom before our walk to the Colosseum for a tour. There were lots of great restaurants in the area and easy access to the Metro for getting around.

The host was great! The location was great! But we have a couple of complaints. The mold in the shower should be addressed. Except for the bedroom the rooms were cold and there was a smell during the day. Could have been from outside but it was strong.

Good location close to Termini for rail,metro,buses and tour buses. The apartment is on the fifth floor, does not have a sitting area apart from the kitchen and is fairly basic. The sofa-bed in the front bedroom is beyond the end of its working life. We were told when we arrived that the oven did not work which really meant we couldn't cook a meal. The apartment was reasonably clean.

Great place

Very convenient to travel all over Rome using Roma Termini. Very clean and comfortable. Other reviews complain about the elevator. Don’t listen. The elevator is small but works very well. Thanks for a great stay.

The place is a short walk from Termini station (maybe 3 minutes from the platform if you know your way), spacious, clean, good for 2 couples. It is in the 4th floor and the elevator is for 3 adults or 2 adults plus luggage. That was fine for us.

Everything in the description was accurate. Great location next to the Termini train station made it easy to access from the airport. Only a 10-15 minute cab ride to the city center & there are plenty of rideshare bicycle stations close by. Also, plenty of cafes nearby. A/C was nice and cold. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely apartment in great location

Great apartment in a brilliant location. Less than 5 minute walk to Termini (trains, metro, buses). Termini also has loads of little shops, including a pharmacy, cafes, and Co-op food store (only 2-3 minutes away). Apartment was quiet and very well equipped. Kitchen equipment was fantastic. We loved the little balcony. Two bathrooms was very helpful. Communication with owner and check in was all very good. We found a great little restaurant (Ristorante Pizzeria Andrea) close by - turn left out of the apartment, and then first left down Via dei Mille. Lovely food and great service.

Well situated apartment in a great location. Walking distance to sights, good food, transportation, and Rome Termini train station. Clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds. Good A/C. 5th floor with a very tiny elevator to go up and down. Took a little bit of time getting the bags up and and down the long climb. Not a big deal though. Def a great place for 5 people.

Great apartment 1 block from Termini Train station

We were checked in personally by Nina who was super sweet and welcoming. The apartment is spotless, bright, and fully stocked with everything you may need for a pleasant stay. It is close to the Termini Train Station which is nice if you will be traveling around by train or need to get the the airport early. There are buses that go directly to the airport from the station for about $8. The area does get a bit dark and sketchy at night therefore I would not recommend staying here if you are staying a long period of time. There are other neighborhoods that feel safer at night and are more lively.

We loved the location of this VRBO. Being that close to Termini meant that we could hop on the metro or bus (or train!) and be anywhere in Roma in minutes. The apartment is open and spacious. The linens were well stocked. The kitchen was a great size and had what we needed to cook a few simple meals. We frequented the Co-op that was at Termini station for all of our food needs. We all slept well each night as it was quiet. Would stay here again!

Francesco is an amazing host!

Due to the severe lack of rain there was an issue with the apartment we had reserved. Francisco immediately contacted me and offered 2 wonderful alternatives. He was very helpful and accommodating and always available to answer our questions ... I would highly recommend renting any of his units if you want to experience "real" Rome rather than a tourist spot.
