good location very near Vatican museum, sistine chapel. only problem was water heater. when we checked in Irene tested the if there was hot water, well there was but when we took a shower the next day the water would first be luke warm then it will turn ice cold. Maybe need to change the water heater or add more because if the 3 people take a bath simultaneously (they have 3 bathrooms) the heater is not working anymore
