The location is amazing, has 3 large beds (2 beds and a fold out) and AC units in every room which were perfect for our family of four (2 young kids). The apartment itself is in rough shape though. Fine for a couple of nights and perfect to pick up our tour at piazza del Popolo. The floors are coming up a bit, we didn’t use the kitchen but the sink was falling through the counter a bit, the tub is big but the water doesn’t get very hot and they don’t have a plug (had to use a plastic bag).

Disappointed!

The location was amazing! The apartment is beautiful and clean. but the kitchen needs updating, has no microwave. The beds are comfortable and dreamy. There is only one bathroom which we anticipated would be a little problem considering there are 8 people, but it was a major issue because you could not control the hot and cold water. The tub is way to high for us short people. The bathroom fixtures are out dated. Tired from walking all of Rome and then having to deal with a stressful situation on taking a simple shower. For this reason I would not stay here again. We ran out of toilet paper. we had to search for more towels under the sink. You definitely have to bring your own toiletries. There is no washing machine or drier which we needed. For a family this apartment does not work.
