This is not like USA standard for hotel. It is more a room rental. And there is an elevator AFTER you climb a flight of stairs. Curtains and bed skirt were dirty, there was an overall unpleasant smell in the room. Shower stall had mold and water pressure is weak

Great location with walking distance to everything! 25 min to Vatican, 30 to Colosseum for example. A lot of restaurants very close by. We absolutely loved the location! Good size of room and comfortable beds. Very firm pillows though! Absolutely not soundproofing rooms! It was very noicy from the other rooms (we could hear speaking, people arguing, music etc from other rooms) and the sound from staff cleaning or other guests was what woke us up every morning. Very little noice from the street though. I would have liked blackout curtains in the room. We only had the window shutters on the outside of the doors to cover some light. Very friendly and welcoming staff!!

Great central location to all sites. The rooms are nice, clean My only negative comment is that the elevator is on the second floor and you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs. Staff was very pleasant and checkin was easy.
