UN ENTORNO PERFECTO

Lo mejor del apartamento es su ubicación. En el corazón de la Roma más turística, muy cerca de los lugares que tienes que visitar.

Lovely flat in perfect location. Spacious and clean. Could do with a lick of paint but shabby chic is still good. Many excellent restaurants within stepping distance and with Castillo Angelo at one end of the street (with Vatican City just a 5 min walk from there and Piazza Novona and The Panteon at the other end of the same street, what’s not yo love… The only issue is the stairs..lovely marble so so many steps and no lift!! Great for a young family but difficult for us oldies with lots of luggage. Apart from the steps though, what a lovely place to stay.

WE entre copines

Emplacement idéal pour visiter Rome, ce logement bénéficie d une charmante petite terrasse sur les toits qui malgré son accès raide renforce le charme du weekend. Accès au Vatican à pieds et proche de la place Navona permettant de faire beaucoup de chose à pieds. Également l emplacement des bus touristiques très proche. Seul bémol, le chant des mouettes la nuit... Mais ça peut aussi être considéré comme un charme 😉 Hôte très à l écoute et adaptable à nos besoins et qui a géré parfaitement la réservation de nos transferts. Grazie Dario.

Soggiorno per anniversario associativo

zona fantastica, facilmente raggiungibile, tranquilla. Unico appunto: quattro rampe di scale da fare e check out alle 10, non alle 11. Nel complesso buono.

Tolle Wohnung mitten in Rom

Die Wohnung liegt wie beschrieben sehr zentral. Daher auch nicht mit dem Auto erreichbar. Das empfohlene Parkhaus ist gut, jedoch auch nicht billig. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben gut aufgeteilt und hat 2 Badezimmer. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Und es sind auch schon Kleinigkeiten wie Spül-Tabs und Kaffee- Kapseln vorhanden. So kann man sich besonders schnell einleben. AC funktioniert auch gut und ist im Sommer sehr wertvoll. Die Lage ist dann wirklich klasse, da fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Und auch das Viertel selber ist sehr schön mit tollen Restaurants. Alles in allem waren wir als Familie sehr zufrieden und würden sofort wiederkommen.

Fantastic location.

A great location. The minus, it is on the 4th floor with no elevator and the rooftop terrasse is on floor 51/2 accessible only by a narrow iron stair. But we absolutely loved the location!

Great stay in ancient Rome

Dario’s apartment was comfortable and quiet in a fantastic location; very close to Piazza Navona and the Pantheon and surrounded by many restaurants and gelaterias. The rooftop patio has a wonderful view for a morning coffee or evening drink. Dario was extremely responsive and helpful. We didn’t mind the flights of stairs up; it burned off our gelato! The main living area could use a fresh coat of paint and there was a pane of glass missing from one of the kitchen cupboards, but the beds were very comfortable and the AC worked great. I might suggest some ice cube trays for the freezer (unless there were some and we missed them?) because we ended up buying ice for our insulated water bottles due to the heat. We’re a family of 4 with 2 teenagers and so the 2 bedrooms plus the pullout worked well for us. And one of our favourite activities was renting the e-scooters at night and zipping through the cobblestone streets past the various sites. We would happily stay here again! Thank you Dario for being a good host.

Beautiful Area

Very nice apartment and in a nice/convenient area to shops and points of interest. Make sure you have done your cardio workouts as their are plenty of stairs.

We hebben hier 2 nachten gelogeerd met ons gezin. De plek is prachtig gelegen, en op dakterras is het heerlijk ontbijten met uitzicht over de stad. Ontvangst en service is erg prettig

Very Comfortable

Best place to stay in Roma.

This apartment was lovely and in the perfect location to walk Everywhere in Rome. The neighborhood it is located in is my favorite, and I have been to Rome several times. If you needed a taxi stand it was near by. Transport arranged by the hosts was effortless to and from that airport. Communication with them was easy and helpful. I may not have noticed on the site, but there are many stairs to reach the apartment, and another set to reach the Beautiful terrace. Be ready for that exercise and it will be good for you ;) I spent many sunrises and sunsets on the terrace feeling at home.
