Clean, friendly and close to the center.

A small hotel that is only a ten minute walk from the center. Very welcoming and attentive staff in all areas. Very clean in all areas. Continental style buffet breakfast was simple but ample. Plenty of traditional local restaurants to choose from. Twenty minute walk to Roma Termini train station.

Great service and very clean. A little difficult to initially find as check in desk is on the fifth floor of the building. Close to Metro and buses. Right by the side of the Amercan Embassy so high security in the area very obvious.

No frills, great service

The hotel is located within a multi-purpose urban building with private apartments, office buildings, etc. Access to the building after-hours is cumbersome with a buzzer to have the main door opened remotely. My room was double-booked on my third night, so I was asked to move to a partner boutique hotel located in the same building on a different floor - compensation was a nice suite and the manager paid my city hotel tax.

Great place to stay in Rome

Room was clean, area was safe, Alexandro was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the breakfast really made a great first impression each day. There was one night however when there was no hot water.

Made to feel welcome. We managed to walk to all the sights and Stadio Olympica for rugby match although taxi rank is just around corner. Would definitely come back to the Boutique hotel.

Convenient and clean hotel

Rooms are fairly basic with wifi, a few English tv channels + many international ones, bathroom amenities and safe. Hotel is in a great location close to everything. Very quiet for sleep and very safe area! The rooms need renovating and the bed could be more comfortable but the value for money is great. All of the staff was very courteous and helpful!

Für Rom günstig und akzeptabel

Etwas versteckte Hoteletage in einem größeren Gebäude, nur am Klingelschild erkennbar. Service sehr freundlich, das Frühstück allerdings einfach und nicht sehr vielfältig. Technische Probleme in der Dusche und am WC würden am nächsten Tag behoben, störten aber dennoch. Zimmer klein und zur Straße sehr laut am frühen Morgen.

Hotel razoável

O pessoal do atendimento é simpático e atencioso, mas o hotel tem o nome de “boutique”, mas não tem nada que o diferencie de um hotel mediano. Nada se destaca, como decoração, comida. A rede Wi-Fi é lenta, teve um dia em que não tinha água quente no banheiro, as toalhas e travesseiros não são bons. O café da manhã é bem simples, considerando que é na Itália aonde se come tão bem - inclusive há um supermercado ao lado, o que é ótimo, Bem silencioso e seguro. Falta o cuidado nos detalhes, para ser “ Boutique”.
