This hotel was very easily accessible with their affordable airport shuttle that only costs €6 each way, and can be charged via credit card at the hotel. They pick you up at bus stall 24 (marked for Hotel Leonard Di Vinci but another shuttle comes 10 mins after the hour for BW). Rooms were small but comfortable, accurately depicted on Orbitz website! Only blocks from the beach. GREAT full breakfast and super friendly staff. Highly recommend!!
We stayed here at the end of our European trip, as the hotel is close to Rome's Fiumicino airport.
Staff was welcoming, & most helpful. It was close to the Rome airport yet by the sea so we walked & dined by the shore & felt we were still on vacation as opposed to staying at an airport hotel but it was a 6 minute cab ride. All was great & there was a big selection for breakfast.
We stayed in this hotel as it was close to the airport. The hotel was small but quaint. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. One of the couples had a junior suite which was very nice. The staff was able to make reservations for a van to take us to the airport. They guided us on our return of the vehicles we rented to the airport.
The staff at the BW Hotel Riviera were great. This is a perfect location for a quick stop-over to or from the Fiumicino Airport. The shuttle is reasonably priced and on time.
Welcome, friendly and efficient staff. Great service. Nice to include parking garage and to have delicious breakfast ready at 5 am. Great location near seafront. We enjoyed walking by the sea and had wonderful seafood dinner right there. Our room on top of the building is spacious, well decorated, clean and private. We also hava spacious balcony to look out to the sea. We stayed here to be nearby FCO airport to catch out flight back home after our 10-day vacation in Rome and Tuscany. We enjoyed our stay!
This hotel was a big surprise, big room with very comfortable beds. We can walk at the beach, many restaurants around, the only thing is that Fiumicino is seasonal so around was really quite, but sometimes can be a benefit. The staff was very nice. The hotel was also very clean!
Stayed one night everything was great. Might be staying there again this August for a night. The staff was very friendly.
the hotel and staff were exceptionally wonderful and helpful. the beds were very comfortable and the hotel is very near the beach and many restaurants. in all, it is a very romantic place, great for wandering around.
Shuttle from the airport was 6 euros one way. Requested early arrival, and checked in to the hotel mid-morning. Reception staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was small, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. I arrived on a Monday and learned that many restaurants are closed on Monday ... but walked a little farther up the coast and found a good one.
Very good quality prize. Very clean and with good amenities for a 3 stars hotel
We felt the hotel was clean and safe. The staff was nice. It was close to the airport. A shuttle took us back and forth and it was inexpensive.
Very convenient for over night stay. 5 km fom FCO. Free shuttle to hotel every 20 minutes from shuttle stop number 24 at ground transport location for FCO flight arrivals. Large room 309 with quiet a/c - for 4 people. Clean modern bath/toilet - hot water .Very good seafront seafood restaurant within short walking distance. Also beach, swimming, aging promenade and other restaurants. Basic included breakfast. Good free coffee available. Shuttle back to FCO airport 6 Euro pp.
The front-desk staff, who spoke English well, were very helpful. The location near the airport and Ostia Antica and two blocks from the Mediterranean is convenient. Rooms and breakfast are average.
The hotel provides easy access to Fiamucino but if you go off-season, it is difficult to find easily accessible places to eat. Getting to Ostia Antica involves a bus and train, but the hotel provides clear instructions of how to do it and it's actually fun to take mass transport. The bar off the lobby is fine, although it isn't actually staff. If you want a wine, you just need to ask the desk clerk. It's 3 Euros for a small bottle but that's not a bad price at all. At the airport, the same bottle is 5 Euros so drink before you leave the hotel. I would stay there again.
Close to airport but needed GPS to get there. The concierge met all our needs. The room was very spacious and comfortable, including a very large walk-out patio. Perfect place to relax prior to flight back to US. Neighborhood appears questionable but we found a wonderful seafood restaurant to enjoy our last meal in Italy on the water.
The staff was first rate, helpful, spoke good English. Breakfast was nice, room was a bit cramped, but clean and pretty. Wireless provider let the motel down the first night, but staff was aware and apologetic, fixed next day. I especially appreciated that the front desk asked when we checked in when we flew out, and offered to arrange a taxi, which they did. The location is a bit of the beaten path, taxi time & fare to / from the airport - about 10 minutes, but fare varied from 14 euro to 25 euro.
Arrived mid morning and were given our room which had a wonderful vies of the ocean. Enjoyed a walk along the beach and a great meal at BBQ before watching the sunset. Our room for four suited out family with two teen kids perfectly. I would definitily choose to stay here again if I had an early morning flight out and wanted to enjoy a last dose of Italian sunshine!
The location is out of the way and I am glad that we took a cab to visit there before our cruise. It gave us a chance to learn about the good shuttle service and experience the friendly front desk and breakfast staff. We two arrived there after breakfast was over but they still offered us cappucino and cornetto for 5 euros total. The rooms were clean and well-appointed, breakfast was better than we had at a more expensive airport hotel, and the shuttle service made the trip to the center of Rome easy. Altogether a good experience for us...
The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good and a plus, to us, was the sea was a 30 second walk away and the airport was only a few minutes away as well. The location in is a business area with neighborhoods surrounding the hotel. We felt extremely safe walking day or night. We traveled in the mid season and most of the restaurants closed during the week; a few re-opened for the weekends. This did not present a problem to us as we had a car. However what made this hotel very special to us was their staff! We have never, in all our travels, experienced a more friendly, kind, and helpful staff. We are so grateful to the entire staff for all their help and guidance during our first trip to Italy. They helped with maps and information for not only Roma, but also for the side trips we were taking during our stay. They suggested places to eat and places to visit that are not on the regular tourist paths; something we enjoyed very much. One young man went way above and beyond what we expected by reading other reviews. If we return to Roma in the future we will stay at this hotel again! When we think of our trip to Italy, it won't be the grand churches, or the Roman Ruins or the fashion, or food, we will think of the people that really made this trip wonderful!!
