Property location was great! Walking distance to different train stations about 15-20mins. Has great lively dining areas up the street with many great options. However, do your fine print reading. I booked through Expedia but it was a listing under vrbo and had to pay extra taxes ontop what was paid for through Expedia. And will have to say showering was very uncomfortable as the bathtub was very small and had no space to move around. And I am speaking for a 4’11” person. Other than that it was a cute little spot.

Amazing stay at Via de Campani

Amazing apartment with minimalistic design but with every possible amenities. We were 4 people and the apartment was decently sized for us. Owner was super helpful and send us the check in instructions beforehand and always available over phone for any doubts and questions. Location is pretty amazing with a few nearby stores and restaurants. All the attractions are decently distanced and cabs were available pretty much anytime. It's an amazing apartment for 2-4 people and I would highly recommend it.

Great space for able bodied people

We were pleasantly surprised at the size of the two bedrooms and the kitchen. Also, all three of these rooms had windows that open to the outside rather than a courtyard so when the outer shutters are open there is a light airy feel to the place. The kitchen was a real treat as it actually had counter space for cooking. There is a full stove, a dishwasher and even though it was a bar fridge it was a good size. The coffee maker with pods (easier to buy than capsules) was much appreciated. Most of our other accommodations provided salt and pepper, olive oil and either balsamic glaze and/or vinegar - this place sadly, did not. Also, there was no frying pan. Perhaps after this review some of these things will be added. Our only negatives are the 72 steps to get up to the place and the cramped bathroom. The tub is almost unusable as a shower because the base is rounded. There is a small ledge about 3 inches from the bottom that presumably is some sort of seat? We are a couple in our early 70's (much fitter than most as we hauled 65lb each of luggage up the 72 steps) but we found the tub dangerous. Also, when we turned on the handheld shower, the tap still leaked straight hot water so it was a challenge not to get burned. The toilet is on an angle in the corner so if you're a large person (luckily we are not) you will be rubbing up against the paper holder. I provide this level of detail in the hopes that the owner will upgrade the bathroom to match the quality of the rest of the place. Younger people may not be concerned and the nice roomy kitchen might compensate. As for location, it was exactly what we had hoped for. It was a quick 1/2 hour walk to the Forum/colosseum. There is a grocery store about 1/2 km away and plenty of little restaurants/bars in the neighbourhood.

We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment is a 3rd floor walk up in the San Lorenzo neighborhood. There's great dining in the area. We also highly recommend Grangel Gelato - some of the best in Rome, just a 3 minute walk away! It's about a 10 minute walk to Porta Maggiore, where buses and trams connected us with the city. We were very comfortable there. The washing machine in the apartment is extremely useful. The owner is very responsive when any questions or issues arise. We would stay here again.

Tres bon sejour dans cet appartement tout neuf

Appartement pas dans le centre mais dans un quartier tres sympa, animé avec plein de bars et restaurants, et bien desservi par le bus et le tram.Appartement très propre avec une literie confortable. Communication au top avec le hôte et procedure d'entrée facile.Seul bemol, la cuisine et la salle de bain sont tres étroits. La baignoire est minuscule, pas tres fonctionnel pour se doucher, et il n'y a pas beaucoup de pression d'eau.Mais pour le prix, nous sommes satisfait de notre séjours. MerciComm

Superclean and silent place!

Very clean apartment with all the things you need on a vacation. Within walking distance of many of the sights in Rome, and also easy to access the others from Termini station. Silent apartment to be so central, no noise from neighbours and very little from the streets. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would easily stay here again in the future. Armando is a very helpful host, whatever you may need help with!

Appartement au 3eme étage sans ascenceur. Arrêt de bus de la ligne 71 à 5mn a pied. La salle de bain est un peu vieillote, petite baignoire et pas de mitigeur. Une douche serait plus appréciable. Présence d'une machine à laver mais absence d'étendoir à linge (juste un fil a l'exterieur de la fenêtre). De plus, il ne faut pas mettre le four et la machine à laver ensemble sinon le disjoncteur saute (ce serait bien de le préciser dans l'appartement ainsi que l'emplacement du disjoncteur au rez de chaussée).

Gutes Appartment in nettem, alternativem Viertel

Gutes Appartment, gerade auch für Familien (mit max. 2 Kindern) oder junge Leute in nettem, alternativem/authentischem Viertel. Das Appartment ist insgesamt gepflegt und in gutem/modernem Zustand. Ein geeigneter Ausgangspunkt für alle Ausflugsziele in und um Rom, wenn auch die nächsten Tram bzw. Metro etwas Fußweg bedeutet. Die nahegelegene Bahntrasse hört man nicht, wohl aber Rom mit seiner Geräuschkulisse an sich, was in der Stadt natürlich nicht vermeidbar ist. Wenn der Vermieter noch den Schlüssel für die Dachterrasse mit phantastischem Ausblick über die Stadt zur Verfügung stellen könnte und noch ein paar nützliche Utenilien z.B. in der Küche hinzufügen würde, bekäme das Appartment von uns 5 Sterne!
