Magical experience
Issac and Alessandro were amazing, great communication. Apartment had everything and more! View was amazing, loved the cheering when there was a proposal, so romantic. Location is unbeatable, central to everything!!! Thank you for making the first 2 days of our trip amazing!!!

Beautiful apt with a stunning view of Trevi
Beautiful apt with a one in a million view. The apt had everything we needed and was in a perfect location. Being that it is right on Trevi fountain expect some noise from the crowds of people and water. This didn’t bother us. The sound of the water running At night was quite relaxing and it pretty much drowned out the crowd noise. We had one issue which we were not happy with. Coming home from a days sightseeing we found someone had come into the apt and taken
The portable Airconditioner. There was no communication from the managers that this would be happening and found it a complete breach of privacy. Apparently it was maintenance and they were unaware. Even so, we don’t this acceptable at all. Guillherme whom checked us in was helpful in finding out what happened but Francesca whom I originally booked with is still yet to respond to my email. Lack of communication seems to be a major downfall with this company. Because of this we won’t be booking with them again.
