Aida rooms is a perfect location should you not mind sampling traditional Roma lifestyle. Located in a block of flats on the 2nd floor. This apartment has now been converted into 5 contemporary ensuite rooms, with a tasteful twist. They are located approxamately 30 mins from Roma centre and that means a 10/15 min pleasant walk to the tram stop and a 15/20 tram journey right into the city centre. Parking is free on the local streets but I opted to park the car in a secure underground 24hour car park. Someone is there 24 hours a day and this cost me €10 per 24 hours. This is located 5 mins walk away. 5 mins walk away from Aida charming rooms is a small square like and it has a number of local coffee shops and other convenient stores. We enjoyed our stay and will return again. Thank you Roberta

Very pleasant and helpful host. Clean and nice room. 20 minutes by tram or by bus to the center. Nice restaurant behind the corner. 7 minutes by walk on the right is pleasant bistro With a lot od Wines "Bistrot Ai Colli"

We stayed for two nights and we had a wonderful time! The hotel is located near to public transport and the airport. Cristina is a lovely host, she is sweet and makes sure that you are having a good time. And we did!!

A friend that lives in the Monteverde area booked this hotel for us in order to be close to each others during our stay. The hotel is excellent, quite, clean and very easy to reach from the centre of Rome. Cristina is a fantastic host and I would highly recommend Aida Charming Rooms to anyone that plans to visit Rome ...for sure we'll be back!

Our wonderful trip to Rome started with finding a perfect location! Cristina - Manager Aida Charming Rooms was the ideal host. We felt pampered more something like at home mom. We recommend you! And we hope to return to Rome ...

I spent few days in this hotel and it was a wonderful time! Manager is very good, friendly and helpful person, who even helped us to find a cheap transfer to the airport. :) Hotel is really peaceful, charming place, where you can have a pleasant break after exhausting sightseeing. Rooms are decorated with good taste and veeeeeeery clean. Some of them have a private balcony, but there is also a balcony connected with the dining room, where you can have your breakfast, if you want to. Connection with the city centre is good, cause the bus station is located in front of the hotel (the bus has a station close to the nearest subway). There are two supermarkets and few small shops in the neighbourhood. In the vicinity you can also visit really huge, beautiful park, created in seventeenth century. I recommend this place with all of my heart, if i will come back to Rome, i will stay there for sure! :)

We have spent 12 days in this hotel and during this period we were surprised many times with extraordinar care by the staff. We were welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco and later we could enjoy a cup of espresso each time we needed refreshment afternoon, on the house (although the hotel officially ensures only B&B service). During first breakfast the hosts noticed that we would be more happy to eat less sweet (what is typical in Italy and France). They started to prepare breakfasts including ham, cheese, tomatoes exclusively for us. All of the previous opinions were true. The place is clean and comfortable. It is a bit distant from the center but well communicated thanks to tram and busses. It might be surprising that Charming Rooms are in fact made in one large apartment in a building but in the end there is everything you need and more you could expect. Last but not least was the charming good bye speech of the owner, Christina translated and printed by herself from Italian to English. That's what we would call the charming rooms.

I spent the holiday in Rome with my wife and we are very pleased with this hotel! Everything was great and the price is excellent! Am petrecut vacanta impreuna cu sotia mea la accest hotel si totul a decurs la inalta clasa. Suntem foarte bucurosi si multumiti! Cu siguranta v-om revenii!

(+) AIDA is actually half a a floor of a building, transformed into 5 cozy little rooms (not too big, not too small, but just enough space for 2 even 3 persons). The manager welsomed us and we established with him all the details. He also gave us prior directions to the locations and othrt details we asked for. The rooms are very clean, pretty well soundproofed, everything worked, the wi-fi was great. The transportation is a little chaotic in the first day, but then you easily get used to it; just in front of Aida you will find a bus station to no 8 tram station which takes you directly to Piazza Venezia. The bus also takes you directly Ottaviano metro station (one stop until Vatican). Supermakets, good pizza shops are around, if you come back later in the evening and need something. (-) Some of the staff was stumbling a little bit and their English was not very good. The breakfast was rather poor, but still you don't leave there empty stomach (like in most places in Rome, where breakfast is luxury).

I chose to stay in a small hotel on this business trip as an alternative to the Holiday Inn. This hotel is on a busy main road, but traffic noise was never a problem. The rooms are well furnished in a modern style, and are very clean. The bar/breakfast area is small, but as there are only six rooms in the hotel, this was never a problem either. The hotel is a converted apartment in a large block, access is through a gate from the main road. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and welcoming. I will stay there again. My only issues were that the pillows were rather hard, and at times during the night there was noise from other apartments in the block, but that did not spoil the visit for me.
