This one was a hard one to rate as the location was amazing and the staff were so kind and extremely easy to get a hold of, but the room was really run down and smelt terrible… the bathroom was gross… the toilet seat was half off, shower wouldn’t drain and it smelt awful. We were ok but there were a lot of stairs just for anyone with mobility issues. There is an elevator but then you still need to take a few flights of stairs. We made due, but for the price it really wasn’t worth it.

Property advertised as a suite, definitely not. Very stark room plus a second area with twin bed. As i am a single it was okay. Not suitable for a couple. Shower very tiny but with hot water. Limited space for toiletries. Tiniest towel ever. Small fridge set on the floor. Even with an elevator you must haul luggage up some steps. Location not suited to any nearby sites or tours. Uber and taxis Very expensive from here.

It is a basic room like bed and small fridge. Area is ok. There is no attendant like hotel all the time. However, manager is available on the phone WhatsApp. Walkable to Roma Termini - train station.

The space was a nice space and we were able to walk from the train station. There is no one manning the front desk which requires you to connect with the owner so that there is someone on site to meet you. The staff helped secure a taxi for the next morning. It is far from many of the sites, but we only needed the room for one night so it worked out well for us.

It’s close to everything all the scenic destinations and metro / bus stations . We enjoyed our accommodations here at dada suites . Our host sent us list of Lots of good restaurants with affordable prices around the area . Bed comfort is very good it’d be better with an extra pillow for additional comfort . Our host Andrea is very helpful and accommodating from the very start till the end .He let us store our luggage’s hours before our check in & out times.👍🙏😇 Antonella and Maria are a gem 110% they go far and beyond expectations. Fantastic for the price! The property communicated priory to my arrival to arrange everything and Andrea the lady who greeted me was superb as were all the other staff I spoke too. The building is very secure and multiple doors to get through. The room was spacious and clean. Thankfully it came with AC with the Italian heat. The bed is honestly one of the softest I’ve slept on and also great pillows! I did struggle to get hot water for a shower at times but in temperatures that hot you’ll be glad for a cool one! The addition of the balcony was worth that little upgrade getting to looking over the Piazza with your morning coffee… Regoli is literally just around the corner for the best maritozzo and coffee Location wise is a little further from the major attractions, but is only 10 minutes from Roma Termini station. The colosseum only around a 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. Other attractions are only 30-40 minutes walk (I do walk fast though) Piazza Vittorio Metro station is literally a 1 minute walk away if you don’t fancy the walking. If I find myself back in Rome I’d definitely stay here again!

Nice room. Interesting set up for entrance. You have to go through 3 doors before getting to your room since it’s in a multi use building. Staff not there and you had to tell them your arrival for them to show you inside.

This place encompasses Rome completely. Was told the neighborhood wasn’t the best but there’s a four door system that you’ll go through…safety isn’t a concern and everyone was super nice. The room was uniquely old but great. Shower was small but fit the room. There isn’t an attendant there 24/7 but they respond quickly through the WhatsApp. Very polite and always asked how the day was. Because it’s not in the center of town, you have a lot of great restaurants and stores that are locals with great prices and real deal Italian food. Don’t know that we could’ve asked for a better place to stay!
