Overall our stay was pleasant. The location is excellent, very close to the Colosseum and to the metro / Termini station. The apartment itself was ok, with plenty of space for the five of us. It is a little tired and could perhaps use a bit of modernisation. On the whole we had a good stay

Large and spacious suitable for groups. Was pretty clean too. However the apartment is in the basement with no lift. Pictures look nice and airy, definitely set up! Kitchen, dining area and both bathrooms are in the basement side of the apartment so there was mould on the bathroom ceilings and doors are warped from damp. On arrival you can smell damp from lack of ventilation. Bedrooms however do have natural light. Check in was over-complicated and charged for late check in even though its the same contactless entry with the app as daytime arrivals. Lack of utensils in the kitchen and microwave was dirty with no plate, didn't use! There was only one tea towel to last a 4 day trip. The bins must be taken to a communal drop off area which is a 10 minute walk away. Beds and upholstery in dire need of updating or at least cleaning. Mattress very uncomfortable and pillows were lumpy like they'd been in the washing machine. Some loose wall sockets, not great for the kids. The wifi is patchy as well. It just felt very dark and dingy and I feel they supplied the absolute bare minimum of what they could get away with and not even in the best condition.

L emplacement de l appartement par rapport à la ville est paraît. En revanche, les lits étaient inconfortables, il manquait des lattes, j ai dormi avec une batterie externe sous mon drap, pas d éponge, le pommeau de douche fuyait, la douche fuyait on avait de l eau au sol dès qu on prenait une douche. Les fenêtres fermaient mal, pas de fenêtre dans la cuisine et la salle à manger encore ça ce n était pas dérangeant mais le lavabo n avait plus de filtre dès qu on tirait de l eau on en avait partout. Le mobilier était cassé ou en mauvais état. Le confort en général a été négligé par les propriétaire. Pas de lampe de chevet…….. la liste pourrait être longue. Je vous enverrai des photos ainsi que la conversation avec le responsable je suis pas agressive dans mes messages pourtant il y avait de quoi faire t la lui il me le reproche. Bref à fuir

Tres bel.appartement, spacieux, bien placé. Les personnes tres a l ecoute et a trouver une solution sur hotel.com Juste dans les instructions, indiqué ou sortir les poubelles. Puis la cuvette de la.premiere salle de bain a changé car rouillée. Mais très bon sejour.
