My card was charged two times, they gave me a receipt that doesn't make sense. They said Breakfast was until 9am and it was finish before 9. And the next day they said they had limited of food. There was four of us and when two of us took a shower there would be no more hot water. We had to wait a while before taking a shower. Also something was burning inside and there was a smell inside the whole building. I don't think they did enough to get rid of the burning smell.

The room was dirty with the last person’s hair in the tub. No hot water at all and the breakfast was below par. They needed a credit card for “incidentals” and said they wouldn’t charge anything but it was charged immediately twice for two separate amounts. If there’s another hotel in the vicinity, go there. Don’t stay here.

It took me ten minutes to find someone to check me in. I rang the bell 6 times and then ventured back into the offices, break room, and then laundry room to find a man sleeping in a corner chair (almost did not see him) and had to wake him up to be checked in. Room 210 the blanket on the bed was ripped with stuffing coming out and hair on the pillow. No elevator to help get bags to second floor. Fire alarm went off several times in the morning. Breakfast was limited and no milk for the cereal. No ice machine on second floor. Christmas tree was still up January 21. Bath ran out of hot water half way full. On a positive note parking was good.

I would like to give may be half star or even quarter star. When checked in, front desk assigned a room, It s very bad and not cleaned, sheets n towels are on floor and tissues everywhere in bathroom. Then they assigned another room, its like 100 degrees in the room. And toilet is not working. Front desk said, they dont have house keeping available and she told me that she can give me a plumger to use it on toilet myself. What the heck.. Then they assigned a third room which has dirty toilet again. She said its missouri water causing the dirtiness. Silly excuse to make. Overall, her comment is its old hotel and cant expect a clean and tidy room. We have asked to cancel and refund. She called her manager and spoke for 10 mins. Then she told us that they will cancel on their end but since we booked it thru hotels.com, she asked us to contact hotels.com for refund. Opened a request with hotels.com and waiting for refund. Never will book again with this hotel. Poor management and cleanliness.

I don't really know what it was like. I canceled my reservation when I got there because there was no notice on the Expedia site that the pool was closed. I specifically wanted a hotel with a pool because I had my 8 year old with me.
