The room was huge. The bathroom was very spacious. Comfortable beds and a nice quiet place to rest. Convenient location. Overall an amazing hotel.

Very good location relative to Ft Leonard Wood. Neighborhood very clean and safe. Plenty of eating establishments near and a Walmart around the corner. Nice looking on outside with convenient lit parking. I liked that there was nothing around the building to make noise. It was tucked back away from the highway and all the commotion. Inside room everything was dripping with orange oil. It was cleaned but there was only so much you can do with the old, soiled carpet. I laid a towel down before sitting in the broken recliner that listed to one side. The fold out couch in the room was clean and convenient. The bathroom was clean but it had seen some abuse. The repaired bathtub faucet ran water onto the edge of the tub because the spout was too short. The bathroom door required a good stiff shoulder to close all the way. We rented two rooms on opposite wings of the building (one room for the kids) and each had the same issues. The smell in each of the rooms was a mixture of smoke, orange oil, and carpet fresh powder. We left the windows open when we went to dinner and when we got back the smell was less. Folks, the orange oil cleaner was everywhere in copious amounts. We wiped the desk off before setting stuff on it. The staff was friendly, professional looking, helpful and had fresh coffee going every morning.

Everything was very well maintained and kept very nice. One of my pet peeves is the calking around the tub, I always look at that and if it is a little yellow or cracked

If i needed anything, all i had to do is ask. And if i wasn't quite ready at checkout time, that was no problem

As others have noted, the staff is very friendly and helpful. My big concern was that there was a huge patch of ice on the drive across most of the entrance when I arrived on a mid-February night. It was extremely dangerous. When I got past the ice and my negative reaction, however, I was generally pleased with the facility. They should update their photos, because the flowered bedspreads are gone although the matching wallpaper border remains. One step at a time, I suppose. The room and bath were very clean and the bed was comfortable. It's a good family place if you're on a tight budget and don't need everything to be up-to-date. I may a plan a small reunion there with my family and tell the snooty ones to book somewhere else.

It was away from all the busy streets. The property was quiet and nice.

I was greeted by a very friendly front desk person so quickly got me checked in and was very informative about local places to eat.

There were dead bugs on the floor, the TV had only about 20 channels, our room was next to a very noisy elevator. Our room rate was $50, and this hotel was probably not worth that.
