Nice room with a comfortable bed and a full size refrigerator. Liked the laminate flooring, which is cleaner than carpet. No breakfast due to COVID, but hot coffee available in dining room.

The hotel was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was good. The only issue I had was that there was no room key for my room. So, every time I wanted in the room I had to get someone from the front desk to let me in. They had to physically come to the room and use their master key to open the door! I did ask for some kind of compensation for this inconvenience and was told that they would try to get me a 15% refund. I hope I will get the refund. Please advise me of such a refund!

They overcharged me for the room compared to what I booked on Orbitz. The internet was extremely weak and virtually useless. No Kleenex in the room. The Air Conditiioner was very noisy. FInally, the cleanliness left much to be desired. Will NEVER stay there again.

Asked for extra pillows they couldn’t accommodate because “people kept stealing them” so our 7 guests each got one pillow. One of our two TVs didn’t work called guy up to look at it and he couldn’t get it to work either. He was going to move us rooms but couldn’t do that either because hotel was full.

The price was phenomenal, but the noise from upstairs at night was almost unbearable. The guests in the room anove me sounded like they were chasing each other late. While transfering bags to car, I noticed a staff member by our door with his ear pressed against our door. I yelled out and he walked away quickly.

The staff are very nice. The breakfast was good but eggs little too salty. I had to move from my first room due to noise and then the second room was worst. The front desk lady try her best to call their room to keep the noise down but it did not work. They need to absolutely have no have a rule for disturbing other while staying in their hotel. Other than that overall it was good.

They did not clean the room for 3 days. We stayed 4 days . Had to go to front desk at night to exchange dirty towels used. We emptied our own garbage every night
