Waterfront retreat on the Lake of the Ozarks! This unique Rocky Mount property features a main house and separate bunkhouse, comfortably sleeping 14 guests. Perfect for multi-family getaways, it boasts panoramic lake views, multiple decks, and a private dock for swimming and kayaking. Enjoy a dog-friendly stay just minutes from local attractions. Your ultimate lake adventure starts here!

*We provide a complimentary starter pack of essentials to help you settle in, including basic toiletries and paper products. For your extended stay, please plan to purchase additional items as needed.

While we hate fees, but we do have additional fees that we want to disclosure for your knowledge.
PETS: To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests a fee of $150 per reservation will be charged to cover additional cleaning costs. Pet fees are NOT included in the original reservation price or room rate provided. This home is DOG friendly ONLY. Max of two dogs. Pet Fee will be sent and charged within 2 weeks of your arrival.

Although we do not like fees in order to maintain our units we must make you aware of the following:
If you do not honor our pet policy (dog-only disclosure) you will be fined $300.
Strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside you will be fined $250.
We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $25 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.
Any stay greater than 21 days will require an additional long-term cleaning fee of $50 that will be MANUALLY charged after reservation confirmation.
An unapproved late check-out fine is $50.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

The house was nice. Very disappointed about the bunkhouse, when we first came there were ants all over the downstairs from leftover food and the upstairs air conditioner didn't work at all. Every time I reached out about getting it fixed I just kept getting the run around (maintenance is coming but never does). The bunkhouse was the main reason I booked this property and we couldn't even use it. Very disappointing.

Although our stay was cut short due to a huge storm that knocked power and water out forcing us to leave early (told we would a refund for the day we missed, still waiting on refund), we had a good time.The house itself is nice with plenty of room and well furnished. I will say that the mattresses on the beds could use a replacement. They are not very comfy. The only real negative I have is that the listing advertises that the property comes with a water pad on the dock but there was not one there so the kids were a little bummed and the house keeper that brought us more propane (both tanks were empty) said she had never seen one on the property. Also, if you have a boat, do not use the dock at the house! Your boat will get damaged as the dock not suitable structurally for a real boat. For swimming, it’s totally fine. Overall, we had a blast despite the weather forcing us to leave a day early.
