Beautiful house

The House was very nice and the dock was perfect for relaxing and swimming in the lake. The host stopped by on the last day as we were checking out and was very nice. Next time I take a trip to Lake of the Ozarks I will definitely be reaching out!

Great place!

This lake house is amazing! Plenty of beds for everyone, plenty of room inside and out to spread out, very large dock perfect for hanging out and swimming, great fire pit area! Jeff was very easy to communicate with.

Girls weekend

Very pleased with accomodations. Loved the bunkhouse for the girls. The dock and view was very nice. I did appreciate the extras including toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, foil, ect. You never know if that is included.

This place has a great view, perfect fishing, a wonderful dock and the house is large and very comfortable. This is my 2nd year at this house. It's perfect for large families

GREAT Family house

The host (Jeff) just happened to greet us as we arrived. Let us in a little early as the cleaning was finished. The house was clean and stocked well. The kitchen,dining, lounging open concept area was a great space for family to enjoy meals and evenings together. The dock space was large for family to swim and kids to jump off the high platform. The kids liked the waves coming in from the boat traffic in the cove. There are great structures around the dock that hold many fish and several docks in the area have similar structures for fish. The crappie were large. Just wish the bite was better, but thats fishing.

Timberli Girls Trip 2024

It was very nice and we actually got to meet the host. There was one problem, but it was handled quickly. The boat dock at this property is a great place to hangout and enjoy the water, paddle boat, or just sit with your friends. Lots of places to visit in the area, but would recommend hiring a water taxi as the roads can be a little tricky.

Amazing Waterfront Property!

My friends and I booked this house over Memorial Day weekend and it was perfect. Huge house, huge dock, and the owners were great! I highly recommend this property for any group or family wanting to visit.

nice stay, super steep gravel driveway

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The dock was great and the bedrooms were comfortable overall. We really appreciated all the extra table space down stairs which allowed for eating all together, storage of extra food, and building puzzles. 1. The house had a ton of puzzles which we enjoyed 2. There is no dishwasher. Just something to be aware of 3. The coffee maker could definitely be replaced. We had trouble with making coffee every morning cause coffee grounds would go everywhere 4. The drive way down to the house is STEEP and gravel. It would have been nice to have better warning of this information so we could have planned which car to drive better. One of my friend's car got stuck trying to get back up the hill and it took at least 5-10 mins trying to get back up. When we backed up enough to have a good head start up the hill we were fine, but definitely need a head start to make it up.

Great Getaway!

The highlight of the stay was using the dock and the diving board. We spent a lot of our time in the water. Saw a lot of fish. Wasn't much boat traffic which made it easy to swim around. Highly recommend this listing.

Great experience

The swimming and boat dock and lake access were great. The only issue with the rooms was that none of the bedrooms have closets, and one has french doors with no covering. Also could have used a blender. We had a great time though.

The house was spacious, clean and well stocked. House: Beds were comfortable, plenty of space for the 12 who stayed, there were tons of pots, pans and silverware. The view from all the windows facing the lake were amazing Deck: it was very large and a great view of the lake and dock Dock: The two diving boards were perfect for everyone. They had the paddle boat, three kayaks, vests and several kids tubes. The kids loved it Fishing: WOW!!!! Plenty of small and larger fish. We loved this place so much, we have already booked it again for next year

Beautiful!

My group and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was right on the water and that was the BEST part. It is very centrally located and easy access to business. The house has many things to do at the house to where you wouldn’t even have to leave. It was an amazing vacation and I would stay here again!

Super easy, perfect location, well stocked home! Like others have said the driveway is an issue, but we parked up the road and it worked fine for us. Jeff was amazing to work with and throughout the stay.

Family reunion

The first thing we decided was that the pictures don't do justice to the reality of this place! We were very pleased with the entire space. Large swim area to the side of the large covered dock, which does not seem to be the norm of other places around the area. Despite the constant high temperature while we were there, the house stayed cool every day! The owner was always responsive to our questions before and during our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience!
