Rocky Mount Retreat

Steve was great. Lake is beautiful. Housr has a great screened in porch. Lots of stairs to get settled and pack back up

Perfect Reunion Getaway

The house is clean and well-appointed. The beds are comfortable with nice bedding and plenty of pillows. The bathrooms are clean, up to date, and were just right for our party of 8 adults. We loved the kitchen/ dining/ living room layout and made good use of the tv and Wi-Fi. The spacious utility room has a modern washer and dryer and a second fridge, perfect for our needs. The dock was great for our pontoon boat...a good location, convenient to the lake's many attractions. The owner was very helpful and made himself available in case of problems or if we had questions.

Beautiful place to stay!

We had a wonderful time, all 16 of us! Everything you need is well supplied. Fantastic views, swimming, kayaking and serenity. Just understand the amount of stairs to get in and move about the property. Must be able body and good with the workout! Other than that it is perfect!

Great spot for a get together!

A little hard to find and stairs everywhere but over all this is a great spot with comfortable sleeping and fun amenities. Easy access to the main channel and a great neighborhood! We would do it all over again. 5 stars

Homey little place.

It was a very cute little place. Lots of room for 9 of us to all be comfortable. It wasn’t so immaculate and shiny that you had to feel uncomfortable, but it was clean enough to enjoy and feel good in the space. Excellent host. Great little dock.

Family Time

We had a great time at the house. The location was private and we were able to spend lots of time in the water. There is a lot steps but add to our physical fitness. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. I would recommend this to large families.

Ozarks 2022

Our group had a wonderful time! Steve is easy to work with and prompt in answering questions. The home was perfect for us! We had plenty of room and the property was clean and well cared for. We loved having access to a dock and used the kayaks several times. We would definitely come back!

Relaxing retreat

We booked two houses for our large family reunion and this property was set up as a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of our ‘main house’ for family members that enjoyed a bit more quiet and went to bed/woke up early. It’s a beautiful and clean house set up on its own private little cove!

Relaxing Lake Vacation

There were 9 of us staying at the house and we had plenty of room. The dock is the last one in the cove and fishing was great. You drop a hook in the cove and you were pretty much guaranteed to catch a Brim. We also caught a couple of Bass. We also rented a pontoon boat for a day from a marina that was located close to the house. We were able to go back to the house and use the dock to pick up and drop off others in our group. The house is recently renovated and very comfortable. We did lots of cooking at the house and having 2 refrigerators was a bonus. We loved seeing deer and turkeys every time we left or returned to the property. Steve is a great host and quickly responds if you need him. I do wish the listing would show pictures of the front of the house. The house sits on an incline and there are significant stairs to get down to the front door. Getting luggage and groceries in and out of the house was definitely a task. Also, be prepared to drive up and down an incline to get to and from the house. Overall, our experience was great! We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable vacation.

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay over Memorial Weekend. Me my boyfriend and 4 adult children and significant others. 8 total. Property is just as the pics show. Plenty of room to spread out or living, kitchen area to gather. We spent every morning and evening on the screened in porch, or just chilling on the dock. Steve was amazing to work with and made the process easy. Close to town if you want to go out for a day. There are a lot of steps down to house but other than that it was perfect.

The house was great Steve was great was there whenever I called him we made it in in the middle of the night the night before check in an he was able to get us in with the kids I will most definitely stay there again an recommend Steve’s place to everyone

Very nice property!

We stayed over Christmas and had a very nice time! The place was large enough to easily accommodate our two families (6 people total) and our three dogs. The owner was super helpful and responsive!

Better than expected!

Beautiful property! Perfect for my daughters first birthday!! We truly enjoyed our stay. The owner communicated quickly and is awesome! The only draw was the road to the house. Some of us had a hard time getting up the gravel hills. Not the owners fault though.

Lake of Ozarks

Had a great time! Plenty of plates and silverware for our group of eight. Able to seat all at table for meals. There are lots of stairs so we got plenty of exercise getting stuff in and out Thanks Steve for hosting us!

Comfortable, Clean, and Private

The photos and descriptions were accurate. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The bedrooms are generous in size so you don’t feel cramped. The laundry was a bonus and allowed us to throw a load in mid week so we didn’t have to bring so many clothes. Never had problems with the internet or TV so my 13 year old grandson was happy. You are tucked in the back of a small cove so it’s private and a great place to swim and not have to worry about passing boats. Because you are in the back of the cove, you must bring a boat in slowly. We rented a 27’ Tritoon and got it in and out, no problem. We did tie to the side of the dock opposite the swim deck because it was so long. Added benefit - As with many homes on the lake, the house is midway down a steep hill. You will end your stay being in much better shape from going up and down the steps. Not a bad thing. I would definitely recommend this house. We had only 4 people but it could easily accommodate more.

This home is awesome, clean and fun. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We loved the 2 living spaces. The other comments about many steps should be taken seriously. The water activities at the house were fun and the setting was lovely. Great communication and all amenities were as described.

Family lake house vacation

Had a nice family getaway with adult children, teenage son and grandchildren. Plenty of room for all of us. House was clean and well organized. Kitchen well stocked. Children enjoyed swimming off the dock and kayaking. Located close enough to enjoy other local activities like boating, water park, horseback riding etc. We loved the screened porch foe outside coffee drinking and eating. Steve was great about communicating and answering questions.
