Room was clean, had everything we needed. Loved the fridge and all utensils/pots/pans ect. Great views from balcony. Exactly as described, service was great, people nice. Easy access to beach. Definitely a great stay. No elevator and lots of stairs so be aware, we enjoyed how simple and straightforward the property is. Very quiet and felt great for families.

This review is based off the rates they offer right now, which are very reasonable. The place is dated & and is currently going through renovation, so know this going in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They really care about animals by leaving them sweet treats, too. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, and we had a place to cook & enjoy meals. The teens enjoyed the Murphy bed and the cute fireplace ambience. The views were spectacular with easy access to the beach. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were a nice bonus, with windows looking out to the ocean. Great views as well. We loved everything about our stay here and look forward to coming back.

Last-minute stay at Rockaway, and this property came up. Booked it only for a night, but from check-in to check-out, it was a great stay. 3rd floor with a beautiful ocean-view room. Love the old-school physical room key, full kitchen with dishes and cups. The only little quirk was that the back half of the room was dark, almost like they forgot to replace a floor lamp in the corner. No worries for us, though. Definitely staying here again next time Rockaway comes up!

We had a good time and our room was clean. Staff was very friendly. Just wish they would have let us known that the hot tub would be down for more than a day. That was one reason why we booked this resort, and then we couldn't use it. Bummer!
