Ballantyne is a great escape. I was here on business but was able to take advantage of the spa and enjoy some relaxation treatments.

The property has the reputation of being first class. Our stay was great. Everyone was helpful and cheerful.
Amazing room, staff, grounds and food. We felt secluded and far away from the world, even though we were close to anything in Charlotte. We will definitely go back

Beauty, luxurious hotel. Such a nice getaway! I had a room with a balcony and golf course view. I highly recommend it. The only downside is that this hotel did not provide promotions or discounts for healthcare providers. I am a physician in the area and I needed to get away for a little bit as COVID-19 cases in Charlotte have been rising. When I asked the person at the front desk if they offer promotions for healthcare providers, she matter of factly said no. I find this hard to believe.

Very nice place, clean, and all staff were very friendly, the only thing I didn't like was that there was no coffee maker in the room, but besides that the place was excellent.
