Hot tub was cold, let it run for 15 minutes was still cold and had a film on the top not very clean. Checked in at noon charged us $20 extra, check out was at 11:00, had the door locked, they knocked at 10:00 to remind us that checkout was at 10:30 when we questioned it he changed to 11:00 like what was posted.

The suite I stayed in was great. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and had a huge balcony. Divided into 2 separate areas for guests was great. and had a door to keep privacy. Breakfast was the worst!! There is wonderful gas station very close by that has everything you need from prepared meals to hot and ready to go. I had the coffee and that was fine. No coffee maker in the room. I was here for a class reunion and didn't have high expectations, but the experience was better than I expected.

NOT AS PICTURED AT ALL, IT'S RUN DOWN and JUNK

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in—and I’ve stayed in plenty. The property hasn’t seen maintenance since 1997. I reserved an accessible suite with a jetted tub, but was told the first-floor option (the only one accessible to me) was broken. They didn't bother to call to tell me that room was not available. I’m a fall risk, I took a second-floor room because I wanted the Jetted tub which was the smallest tub I've ever seen I guess in the 1900's jetted tubs were really small. The staffs warmth vanished when my fiancée mentioned we were getting married—yes, we’re gay I guess that isn't okay there because after that, No more help with luggage, No Towels. The room had only one working lamp. the phone in the room was broken, the hallways were sweltering in 90+ temps outside No A/C in hallways. Staff gave us bulbs so we could change them ourselves, but that did not work. The fridge was half the size shown online and froze our sodas/beer—cans/bottles exploded. Staff handed us garbage bags and cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves. The fridge was set on 1. Then two grubby-looking men in street clothes, No ID, tried to enter our room without KNOCKING while we were sleeping. only the door catch stopping them. They told us to flip the switch by the door to turn on the lamps, It frightened my fiancée. This was supposed to be my birthday retreat after a Mayo Clinic visit—most likely my last birthday on earth. Instead, we felt unsafe, unwanted, and neglected. Shame on Baymont.
At the Baymont Kasson It's exactly like you are at home, you do it yourself.

Mind you this is the King Suite with Jetted tub they show a Nice WHITE fridge that fills that entire cabinet
That little Wheelchair thing that says Wheelchair accessible means you can use a wheelchair last time I checked I couldn't go upstairs in my wheelchair

This was such a let down. I was able to check in a couple hours early for an extra fee. Upon arrival the air conditioner in the room didn’t work for the first couple hours, carpets were stained. I found toys from previous people under the bed and under the mattress. Our toilet clogged within the first 40 minutes of being there. They gave us a plunger which didn’t work. Plumber came the next night at 10:30 at night. Still had issues with it. No clean pool towels. Breakfast consisted of very minimal options.

Wonderful stay!

The hospitality was above and beyond. Always asking how things were as we passed workers in the halls/waiting room area. They gave us a nice patio room to smoke outside. The pool was perfect temperature and the hot tub was just to our liking. The jets felt amazing! I would definitely stay here again. Needs a little TLC on the outside but the inside doesn't show it.
