Beautiful new 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom modern beach house, walking distance to a beautiful bay beach, with large deck and partial water view, and access to North Fork and the Hamptons. Wine country, beach, etc.
Please note that the Town of Southampton requires a minimum stay of 14 days and that we have to official Rental Permit.
