This Paradisiacal villa at Costa Blanca Golf & Villas by Decameron is located in the Costa Blanca Golf & Villas residence at the 18-hole Mantaraya Golf Club – Decameron Golf. A very safe, quiet place, with lots of vegetation and where you will have people of different nationalities as neighbors. A villa with all the comforts you and your family may need to enjoy your home in Coclé. This beautiful villa is located a 5-minute walk from Farallón Beach and can be accessed through the private beach club that belongs to the Royal Decameron Hotel & Resort. Mantarraya Golf Club is integral to the Royal Decameron Hotel & Resort. It is an 18-hole, par 72, 7,087-yard course designed by Randall Thompson, including a driving range and putting green. This privileged area offers the best microclimate in Panama since it is located in a Dry Arch, so you can enjoy sunny days most of the year, making this an ideal destination for outdoor activities. The ocean, mountains, and other scenic features make this a unique place. The location of the kitchen right at one end of the living room allows you never to lose details of the rest of the room and what happens in the garden and the pool, a significant fact in case you have small children. To one side of the kitchen is the utility room, a working laundry center with a washer and dryer, and a tub for washing cleaning supplies.
