The hotel was elegant - unexpectedly the sky above park across the street was filled with paragliders and hang gliders every day. The Italian restaurant was excellent and fairly casual. Breakfast was included with a lavish selection. Our junior suite had lots of space and light. We had a great dinner in the dining room - expensive like all of Switzerland.
Perfect location in front of the Jungfrau. Again, it is all about people. The service and the personal attention is as good as it gets. We had great time in the hotel and at the Terrasa restaurant .
We really enjoyed our stay here. Wish the bed was a little more comfortable in the standard room but other than that this hotel is amazing. Would definitely stay here again!
Everyone in their staff is very attentive and friendly! We even got upgraded to a club member suite. Everything is very clean and everything is top notch. Just too bad that we couldn’t use the amenities inside this excellent hotel such as the pool and the gym as we were out all day and only came back in the evening. My only complain is the shower door in the bathroom has gaps and not sealed that it can cause flooding outside the shower door if you’re not watching and taking a long shower (which is what happened). Everything else is excellent.
