This hotel is a good option in Rimini, for its location and renovated rooms. Staff is very helpful and attentive. The hotel has newly decorated rooms but they are small. Shower is excellent. Breakfast was the negative point with always the same items during the whole week. The quality of the coffee (automated machine) and breads was really poor.
We stayed in this hotel for a period of 10 days. We had a great time. Rooms were very clean and food was good. Staff was very nice. Thank you for our nice vacation, we had fun. We will be back next year.
Great value for the price. The room for three in this 4 star hotel is one of the best I have been in the last ten years. The bathroom is well equipped, those electric facilities is up to date. Our room was faced to the street, but it was not noisy (4. floor). The breakfast was amazingly rich, fresh and filling. Defenetly choose again.
We've been in this hotel 10 years ago and now decided to go again. They remade all the rooms and everything is brand new! Great bathrooms and for families there are inexpensive hotel rooms with 2 rooms. There is Wifi everywhere in the hotel that works fairly well. Its right at the beach, has a pool, free bikes and friendly English and Russian speaking staff. The only thing that was very unorganized and minimalistic is the breakfast. Usually we spent about 10 minutes looking for knifes and spoons since there where nowhere to find. Except that everything was good. The hotel is right at the center of the city and the beach service was good too. There is even WiFi at the beach at some spots but its not very fast and doesnt work at all times. I really recommend the restaurant Rimini Key if you want to go out fancy but not too pricey. Good service and food and not far from the hotel.
We ordered: Suite Bilocale room (two room suite for couple). Offer includes BB+BEACH. Hotel has average quality, you will see in pictures. Breakfast selection is average, bread and jam is main dish. We get street view room on 1 floor, however requested uper floor with see view! Beach benefit is greate, othervise you need to pay 12 eur per day for 2 persons (two chairs and umbrella). Excelent location, near main street and shops, restourants, bus stop Nr.15. (Bus stops are numbered from train station). During mid-day at hotel pool is very-very hot, there is no wind at all. Wrongly posted bar check to our room, be carefull. Free WiFi, however you need to ask password at reception - didn't told during check-in.
My second stay here last week, I like having the apartment so I can work in the sitting room, good to have two bathrooms when two of you are staying and working together. Service is professionally friendly and attentive, rooms are clean - my bathroom off the sitting room needed a few repairs and two people showering at the same tie meant water stopped coming out of the shower, so we had to organise ourselves well in the morning. But great to come back after a tough days work to a complimentary aperitif buffet. Good breakfast and for the price, excellent VFM. Will be returning next year!
We have booked 2 rooms for 5 days. The personal is very friendly and helpfull, they have upgraded our room for a small extra because we were with a small child. The hotel is clean and it is placed directly on the beach.
Spent ten nights here and when we arrived in our room, I wasn't sure whether to laugh or to cry, the room was that small. Don't even start me on the size of the bathroom. You could use the loo and take a shower at the same time, if you so wished! There was no way we could have endured it, no place to even put two suitcases down, let alone share the room for ten nights with another human being, no matter how much in love you are! Thankfully it was off season so they showed us to a suite which at least had an adjoining room with table, chairs and cooking facilities, and somewhere to park the aforementioned suitcases. Oh, and you could hear everything going on in the next room, especially what time they commenced their ablutions! The only thing good about the hotel is its location and the friendly reception staff. Regarding Rimini, well, we won't be going back as it's just awful.
We stayed at Hotel Litoraneo for 10 nights between 14th and 24th July 2008. When we arrived at midnight we were greeted by a very friendly Engish speaking night receptionist. We had a terrible journey and he gave us some good advice about a route that would be better for us if we came again. The room was very small but who wants to spend their holiday in the room looking at television so that was fine. We had clean towels etc every day and everything was kept spotless. We only had breakfast and there was a good selection of food. The barman (Lambardo) was very friendly and very very helpful as was Guisy and Ingrid on reception. We didn't expect people to speak English so we learnt some Italian before we went after all if we have overseas visitors in the UK most English people don't bother to learn another language to help them out. There were no other English people about which was nice because they are usually moaning so we didn't have to listen to any negativity. We would definately go to this Hotel again. This is supposedly a 4* hotel but I would rate it as 2* maximum. Our "prestige" apartment was very small. The two rooms together were no bigger than a normal 4* hotel room yet they had crammed in a bedroom, dining/sitting room and shower room. In the dining room there was a very hard bed, with another bed stored underneath. Had we wanted to use both these beds, the table and chairs would have had to be pushed hard against the kitchenette. There was nowhere comfortable to sit. In the bedroom, we could not sit up in bed because there was a shelf above the bed which rested neatly on the back of our necks if we tried to sit up. The web site said that it had an oven, but they meant to say a 2 burner hob. They provided a dish washer but no powder for it and it is not worth buying a large packet just for a few days use. Unlike other apartments of the same type that we stayed in in Italy, they did not clean the apartment at all for the four days we were there. Surely for a 4* property we could have expected at least a cleaner every other day. The shower room was so tiny that when sitting on the loo, my knees touched the shower cubicle (and I am only 5'2"). The two balconies were tiny and each just took two chairs. There was no room for a table, so none was supplied. The front of the balconies were made of concrete so when sitting we could not see over them. The hotel is sited between two main roads, so it is very noisy at all times. On the plus side, the foyer is very plush, the staff were very nice, there was secure parking, free internet access, and the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer. The web site said that there was satellite TV but I don't think it was. The other 7 places we stayed in Italy all had sat TV and we at least got one English speaking channel such as BBC World or CNN, but this only had Italian channels. The apartment was very depressing.
