DarkShade on window would not raise, light bulbs missing from lamps- room very dark - reported to front desk upon arrival and again that evening. Reported again next morning. Ceiling in bathroom had paint peeling off in several areas, appeared to be patches of mold forming on ceiling. Had to request a change of room - rather than have front desk clerk offer one following 3rd report of non-functional sleep shade on window. Was transferred alternate room for second night- clean and functional but shampoo in shower was empty. Disappointing stay.

The front desk woman was wonderful at check-in. I can't say the same for the man at the front desk at check out. I told him the body wash container in the shower was out when I went to use it and he only said I will let the cleaning staff know. No, sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. Otherwise everything else was great!

Very noisy youth banging doors, in hallways talking loudly at 11 pm. My phone didn't work. Breakfast was so so. Quality? Mushy apples. Not much choice. No healthy choices. All cereals had sugar on them. Air conditioner was ok because noisy fan was kept off.

Not the best... wouldn't go back

You could drive to shops and eateries. Staff was friendly. Had to go to the hotel next door to eat. The food from the previous guest was still in the frig and the furniture was pretty beat up. Wouldn't stay there again. Though the property next door looked nice. I think I would probably not stay in Colonial Hts at all next time.
