Rodeway Inn Colonial Heights I-95

Cockroaches, dirty linen, disgusting catwalk, occupants walking around with rifles, asking for drugs, blasting music outside their room while smoking weed, room smelt of cigarettes. Don't stay here, this place should never even be listed on this site, absolutely the worst place you will ever stay at.

The hotel is not upkeep at all. It is dirty and with insects. The maintenance is awful. Stay away.

This hotel was dirty..needs updated. DE powder all through the dressers. Dirty floors..dirty mattress. Clean sheets. We didnt even take our shoes off bcuz the floors were so dirty. There was NO breakfast included as it states online! Staff was friendly & our kids loved the pool. Cheap price. Guess u get what u pay for!

This by far was the worst motel I have ever been in!! There was bullet proof windows in the office???!!!! I would not recommend this on your website!!

Terrible, it had roaches. The toilet wasn't working and the location was horrible.

Staff was very courteous and helpful beyond the neccessary! The room was clean and as nice as it could be in a building of poor repair. The 2nd floor walkway was badly tilted and felt a bit shaky. The floor inside was very uneven under the carpet. Some of the curtains were badly worn on the outside. Once in the room though it was obvious the cleaning staff do their very best! We avoided the lowest price hoping for a little better, but overall were satisfied.

this was the first and last time i will ever stay at this hotel. it was not clean and the sheets had not been change and the service was very poor. no extra towels were given. garbage had not been empty.

We did not spend a lot of time at the hotel as we were in the area for drag racing, but for the time we were there the hotel/room was great, except that the Ice Machine did not work. Some of the other guests were a bit to be desired - no common courtesy for other guests - Noisy most of the night.

This place is not a 5-star hotel, but it doesn't claim to be. It is pretty basic, a room with a bed and tv plus bathroom. There is also a small refrigerator and microwave. I put both of those to use. The room had a queen sized bed, a night stand, a couch, a coffee table and a desk but did not seem cramped at all. The bed was comfortable and the room seemed clean. I did not see any unwelcome critters at all. It is an older motel, and the bathroom walls looked like they could stand a coat of paint. But otherwise, the bathroom was clean. The staff that I did deal with all seemed friendly and helpful. I stayed for 2 nights, and I turned on the tv once, and flipped through the channels. The tv is new, but the cable reception was not the best. There is free wifi in the rooms, and you do not have to jump through hoops to connect. No password needed, so just tell your device to connect to their service and it does, To me, the wifi seemed slow, but I think it is probably because I am so used to my home internet. I did not try the breakfast or the pool, so cannot comment on them. Overall, it was not a bad place to stay for the price, and I would stay there again. But, if you are there to visit someone at Fort Lee, you may want to find somewhere that is a bit closer. I was visiting my wife at Fort Lee, and the trip each way was about 20 mins, and most of that on I85/95.

It was a room. A place to wash up and sleep. I would go back under the same cercumstances.

Dirty place and office staff was not helpful. Broken curtains is the first thing you see when walk to the second floor. Needs to be painted inside and out. Close to I-95. Old toilets and doesn't have a coffee maker. Very disappointed with this so called hotel. There was trash everywhere in the halls on first and second floor. I have stayed in this brand of hotels before with a good experience and with cleaner rooms.

Pretty much all we did at this hotel was sleep and and shower. The bed was great, very comfortable. The tub drained very slowly, leaving us to stand in a pool of water partway through the shower. This seemed to be an older property that someone renovated rather haphazardly. There weren't enough outlets to plug in the items we brought along for charging. (Fortunately we'd brought multiple extensions for this.) The hotel offered "high speed internet," but staying on the network and streaming Netflix videos was a challenge to say the least. If this trip were one where we wanted to enjoy down time in the room, it would have been a bitter disappointment. But for a place to sleep and shower, it was good. Their free continental breakfast was good.

limited room comfort. Could not access full Internet use, poor support in bed, no easy access outlets at desk for using computer.

Hotel is extremely basic. Phone was not working, bathtub had no stopper and rubber mat could not be pulled up to clean. Beds very hard. Wall coolers very high set temp. Breakfast was minimal and no close resturants if you do not have a car. Closest food was MacD's about 3 longs blocks away.

not as seen in the pictures, very dirty and ugly facilities. Problems with air conditioning and requested extra pillows and never got them,all a mess.

This hotel is right off I95 North. Perfect location if you want to take a rest driving up north. The beds are so soft the room had no smell and there was no noise. When we was checking in our room we saw a werid bug in another room window curtain. The lady that check us in looked surprise we was there. Hint Hint! Overall, this hotel is not close to any good restaurants, just good for rest. I would stay here again. Thumbs up!!
