Updated and comfortable. Perfect location in a quiet neighborhood on a cul-de-sac street. 20 minutes to the airport, 25 minutes to Ft Stewart or HAAF, 30 minutes to Historic Savannah, 45 minutes to Tybee.
House has everything you need to be comfortable. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Tastefully decorated to make it relaxing. High speed internet through out and 500 vintage game arcade machine in the game room.
Huge fenced back yard. Pets are welcome with additional fees.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features 2 bathrooms and space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a sofa bed, and an ironing board.

Property was clean and comfortable and convenient to the highway. Owner was very helpful. The only thing I would note was that there was a nine-banded armadillo in the backyard, so I had to stand outside with my small dog. A chair or two outside would be nice for future renters.

The house is exactly as described and very clean. There wasn’t any dust not even on the ceiling fans, which was a huge plus for mine and my kid’s allergies. My kids were in the game room pretty much the whole time. It was great to have something for them to do while my husband and I watched tv. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. Only one small negative would be the twin beds squeaked a little. All the amenities we needed were here-shampoo/conditioner, soap, coffee, even laundry detergent. We had one small issue with the lock when we arrived and Mark was very quick to respond and help us. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Loved staying in this clean, quiet house. Plenty of tvs (even an arcade Pac-Man game!). Large fenced backyard. Just minutes from ev charging. I hope to stay again. Definitely a preferred stay.

Great stay, great location.

This property was just as the previous renters had described it! Very clean, located in a quiet neighborhood, excellent communication with the owner. The rental was very well stocked with items in the kitchen that you would need for your stay. Would definitely stay here again! The location was close to restaurants, walking path, grocery store etc! Fun game room to boot!

Mark was a great host! The property is a very convenient location and very, very clean!!! The neighborhood is very quiet too! I have stayed at many & this is tops with cleanliness! I was military so my standards are very high when it comes to cleanliness! My fur babies loved the yard too! I will be returning & staying at Mark’s property again!
