This King-Plus room was $180/night, but it was comparable to a $110/night room at other hotels. Everything in the room was mediocre: the furnishings, bedding, curtains, etc. The bathroom towels were small and not luxurious. Samples of toiletries were lacking and low-quality. Definitely not a high price room! Also, our room was located very near the morning breakfast area, resulting in loud children's voices being heard at 7AM. One thing positive, though: the air conditioner worked perfectly.

Very clean, very nice staff, this hotel was wonderful. No complaints. Liz, Adam, and Melissa were wonderful front desk hosts. Close to town, and free breakfast. This seating area was very well taken care of. Coffee was always available in the lobby.

Super friendly and helpful staff. All areas really clean. Well kept up and this was true inside and out. Planters and garden areas were really beautiful. Breakfast....lots of choices and very tasty. If we ever get back this is where we would stay.

Room were newly redone. Everything was fresh and clean. Great rooms and great staff. Breakfast was good with variety everyday. Location was close to several conveniences and attractions. When we return to this area we are 100% staying at this property.

Our first time at an AmericInn and we weren't disappointed. Our room had micro-fridge and 2 sinks, one in the room (for dishes!) and one in the bathroom, a desk and two chairs. The Bathroom was well supplied and the room overall was very satisfactory. Breakfast was better than ho-hum and had both non-sugary cereals, raisin bread, multi-grain bread, cottage cheese and yogurt. The hot part contained a not-very appetising chopped ham as the meat, you can't win them all, but it was all served by 6 a.m. allowing for an early start for whatever.

Nice clean rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast in the morning in the lobby. Very much like any other AmericInn that we've visited. What made this one earn a fourth star from me is definitely the staff.

Clean rooms, great staff, and simply a fine place to stay!!! The breakfast was fantastic and well stocked. Great selection of breakfast foods. I would recommend to anyone to book a stay here as it's a great value. Thanks AmericInn

We read they had updated their rooms so thought we would give it a try. There is nice carpet in the hallways and our room was very clean. There are 2 sinks! One in the bathroom, one outside the bathroom. The sinks, generous countertops, tile and tub all looked new, as did the carpeting. One of the sinks drained very slowly, which always sort of grosses me out. The cooling system is older but worked fine. The problem I had was with the bed. My husband and son slept fine and had no problem with the bed. I, however did not sleep fine. It felt like there were big hard sections and some soft sections. I felt like I was laying on my side when I was on my back. It was so bad that I finally got up around 3:30, and paced, and was in quite a bit of pain through my neck and back and legs. As I paced I listened to my husband and son sleeping soundly. Frustrating! So the bed might not be for everyone but some will like it. I think they are new too. I also was allergic to something in the room. There was no dust, no mold so I don’t know what it was. After pacing I repacked my suitcase, cleaned out my purse, reorganized my backpack and finally they woke up and we went to breakfast. Nothing out of the ordinary. I took a bite of a hard boiled egg and threw it away. It was a hard and rubbery bad tasting egg. There are waffles, yogurt, fruit, donuts, juice, coffee, biscuits, bagels, toast, sausage and those egg omelet deals. Dried cereal as well. They had strawberry sauce and whipped cream for the waffles. The hotel is right next to a Culver’s and a gas station is next to the Culver’s so that is handy. It was very clean and that is huge when you are traveling. I just wish I had liked the bed better.

The hotel was recently remodeled so the room was fresh and nicely appointed. The staff member who checked us in and out was the same woman...and she was wonderful. Pleasant, helpful, sweet as could be!

We had a very positive experience at the AmericInn Rhinelander. All amenities were working properly, every area was clean, and the service was excellent. The pool, hot tub and sauna were in tip-top condition. The bed was comfortable and the room smelled fresh and clean. Highly recommended!!
