This hotel is a bit pricier than other places in Keflavik, but it’s well worth it being at the airport. The bus into Keflavik runs about every hour, so you may have an extra wait on that. Also, the airport has some 24 hour food options, so that’s also a plus being able to walk over there.

Inside airport. No need to worry traffics.

Pathway under snow. Lost the Pathway part and ended up walking in the road. True Nordic adventure.

I did 2 reservations with Orbitz: a flight MAD-IAD (with a stepover in Iceland) and a hotel room next to the airport in Iceland, because there was a long layover. FLY, the flight company, changed our flight 2 times. The second change was unreasonable. We had to cancel the flight reservation and reserve a more expensive flight MAD-IAD with a different company. Since the new flight didn´t have a stepover in Iceland, we did not need the hotel anymore. The hotel denied a refund so we lost our money ($150). Both reservations were done through Orbitz, but Orbitz didn´t take responsibility for the money loss and the problems caused. We lost money and we are not satisfied.

Convenient location for airport early flight as you just walk to airport. Check-in staff was great. No thermostat in room is odd. Bathroom towels are small but we easily got more towels from staff

We asked if they had a different accommodation for an extra person. They said no! They provided an extra duvet so someone could sleep on the floor. Once we learned the shower was defective, they somehow were able to find a room that kept our extra person off the floor. The chairs in the dining room were filthy, menu selection was minimal, the food was not good. Breakfast was average. This was our worst accommodation in all of Iceland.

Loved being able to eat a late dinner the night we arrived and a very early breakfast the day we left.

When I asked about luggage storage, I was told just to leave them by the door. There is a $40 fee for early check-in and I think it is unjustified for what I paid for the night - $331. This hotel is not located near any facility except KEF airport. Will not stay there again.

The property is located right in front of the airport building, which is convenient. Other than that, the facility is a bit out of date and the breakfast buffet has very limited choices.

Very nice rooms. Well appointed. Super breakfast. Love that it is so close to the airport

Convenient, clean and very feiendly staff

The staff are great!

Great location, bar, and resturant.

I needed a rest and dinner before leaving on a midnight flight. Everything was great. Quick, efficient check in, timely wake up call, good food and service in the restaurant for dinner and a quick walk to the airport. The restaurant is only open for dinner. While that was not an inconvenience for me it might be for others.
