This house was great! They even allowed us to add on a last minute pet charge even though it wasn’t on our original booking. Plenty of beds and rooms. Kids loved the basement and hot tub. Would definitely recommend!

Memorial day weekend family get-together

The property was exactly as advertised, very comfortable, well stocked and clean. Check in and check out very easy. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Perfect campus tour stay

We had tons of fun as a family coming to visit BYU Idaho in this house. The house was clean. The location was perfect. Our son is planning on attending BYU Idaho and we hope to stay here again

Graduation Fiesta

This was our second time staying at this property. The house is large with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. It is easy to access and has plenty of parking. There is a large backyard as well as a central community park.

Weekend Stay at BYU-I

We loved our long weekend at this home. There was more room than we needed. We enjoyed the kitchen and dining area for playing games. The location near campus was very convenient. There was a heavy snow storm and the walks / driveway were shoveled promptly.

Clean and plenty of space

We were hosting a business meeting in the area and had several employees coming in. We were able to spread out and have our own space and still come together for shared space on the middle floor. Clean and nicely decorated.

nice property

Comfortable home for three couples. So much room! Great location to explore Yellowstone and the Tetons. We chose the location for the Ashton marathon, and it was easy to get to. Hot tub was nice and relaxing. Home was clean and nicely stocked, and the furniture was comfortable. The standing desk was great for the days I had to work. Would recommend!

Wonderful minus the hot tub

We really loved this house. Such a convenient location for dropping our daughter off at BYU Idaho and spending some days skiing in the Tetons. The only complaint is that the hot tub was gross. Hairy and stinky ha ha. That’s a quick fix! We would totally stay here again.

Mostly great

We could have used more hangars, there were very few and one room had none. No 2nd hand soap in master bath. Needs more blankets. Master closet light is flickering. More Kleenex would be nice.

Wonderful visit with family

We came to Rexburg to visit our son, his wife and their new baby. Everyone had a place to sleep and there was plenty of space to gather and visit the new baby. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals for our group. We didn’t even use the basement, because there was enough room and beds upstairs for our group. The roads around Rexburg can get icy, so if you are visiting in the Winter, be prepared. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from town (Rexburg is a relatively small town). The teens loved the hot tub, even though it was 15 degrees outside. We would definitely stay here again!

Short stay for unexpected family funeral

The house was great. Lots of space for 8 adults and 2 small children with more room to spare. We loved all the space for gathering around the house and bathrooms. Well maintained home and clean for the most part. Only issue was what looked like a large long pee stain from the front entryway to the living room/kitchen area. Possibly from a pet? A good carpet cleaning should clear that up. Hot tub was also unusable. Low green water and unable to selfclean due to low water level. We found a hose, filled it and put in the chemicals and got it back to usable for our stay but the water was still iffy. But these are just minor cosmetic issues. Overall the house and stay was great and we would stay there again for sure.

Cold feet for a weeding

The house was super cute and was a great place to gather. We all really enjoyed it. It fit all 15 of us with plenty of space. The day we got there the temp was only 55 degrees in the house. We were unable to increase the temp from the nest thermostat since we didn't have the app. We contacted the property management several times. By 9pm it was only 65 degrees. We has guests over that had to wear winter coats. Also, they had over 1 foot of snow before we came. The plow had come through and left a huge drift of snow in front driveway. We spent several hours shoveling the driveway, because you can't park on the street without being ticketed in the winter. It didn't snow while we were there and we shouldn't have had to spend our first day shoveling and then going into a cold house. The hot tub was kind of murky, and not too warm but the teenagers liked it.

ok stay

When we arrived at this rental we were shocked at how it hadn't been cleaned. There was food under the table in the dining and the bar stools as well as the kitchen, there were pieces of garbage throughout the house on the floors. There was a toilet upstairs that wasn't clean at all, it had feces on it. We contacted the manager and were told that there were cleaning supplies at the property--we paid for a clean unit and shouldn't have to clean it to use it!!! Also the garbage was not acceptable-both the dumpsters-regular and recycle were totally full of garbage and didn't smell very good! None of the remotes worked--probably just needed batteries-but the ceiling fans couldn't be used because of this. The house is nice, it is a good location and worked very well for what we needed it for.

Great family home

We loved the amount of space and bedrooms in this home. It was perfect for our family to gather during the week of our daughter’s wedding. The hot tub was perfect, even in 20 degree weather! The only thing I would suggest improving on is the king mattress and the basement queen mattress which were not comfortable for adults. The other beds were fine.

Great place to stay for big family

This home was beautiful and we enjoyed the stay. Only problem was that it was bit hard for elders to go upstairs or downstairs for sleeping. Otherwise it was a very relaxing place
