This Oceanfront colorful, two-bathroom condo is on the 7th floor of Star of the Sea. Queen size bed in the master bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and queen size murphy bed. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops. 2023 new flooring and carpeting throughout the unit. Outdoor pool/Sundeck. Fun Park, miniature golf, bike rentals all within walking distance as are many restaurants and shops. Keyed entrance to building. Onsite laundry facilities. Parking garage underneath the building off of Brooklyn Street and outside parking deck off of Laurel Street. Two elevators. Free wireless internet. On-site manager. The beach and boardwalk are right outside. Relax on the private balcony and enjoy spectacular views.
RENTALS FOR LESS THEN A WEEK WILL BE CHARGE A $120.00 CLEANING FEE Credit card payments are accepted providing the guest pays the 2.8% credit card surcharge.
During the off season (Labor Day to Memorial Day) Unit Owners could be renovating their units. The garage and elevators will be undergoing repairs in the off season.
