Everyone and everything were great.
The place is a dump. It needs a makeover. The sink in the room leaked as did the tub and toilet. The shower curtain was dirty as was the carpet and bedspread. The walls had streaks of brown at intervals throughout the room - looked like coffee had been thrown against the wall. The bathroom sink was at mid thigh level and upon inspection it was coming loose from the wall. There is no excuse for this property to be in such poor condition. They had plenty of time during COVID to spruce it up.
It is a great value. It is a clean hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The hotel is walking distance to everything we wanted to do: beach, boardwalk, and etc. with free parking on site, we didn’t need to drive anywhere. The pool, patio, and WiFi were adequate. After a day at the beach, we could eat on the patio, take a late night dip, and watch Disney plus. If you’re wanting a clean place to hang your hat after a day on the beach or boardwalk, this place is perfect. My wife and I would go back again in a heartbeat.
Parking facility is very tight. Hard to park a SUV. Rooms need to be modernized. Not a bad stay for the price and convenience.
Two long blocks to the beach with many shops and eating places on the way. It's a very good location and they offer parking. it is modest but I have no complaints.
Older, less expensive property but the location is great and it's adequate for the price.
I’ll just say, you get what you pay for (perhaps less?). The lady who checked us in was very pleasant and informative. That’s about where the pleasantries ended. Our room was dirty (like bits on the carpet, splatters on the walls, foggy old mirror, etc.). The shower curtain didn’t even fit the full length of the shower, yikes. The beds were like rocks and the covers were sparse. I will give kudos for a great air conditioner and hot water. I was just grateful that my daughter and I could spend a few days in Rehoboth where I used to spend every summer as a kid.
The property is older, but clean. The staff is friendly. Location is excellent
The decor was older but clean. The wall unit AC blew very cold air but it was very loud when it constantly shut on and off. We turned it up to prevent it from waking us but the room got very stuffy
For a property close to the beach can’t beat it. The parking is terrible very tight. The motel is very dated but staff is very friendly.
.great location. really wonderful front desk staff
Typical, average beach Motel. Location was great in that only 2 blocks from the beach and in the heart of everything.
The staff was nice but the rooms are a little dingy. We got a good deal so definitely worth the money but very basic.
The hotel staff was wonderful. Hotel was clean and located about 2 blocks from beach on main drag downtown. Good food in hotel bar with good evening entertainment. The hotel is dated but clean
The location is great, but if you want a fancy hotel it is not for you.
There was something itching the heck out of me to the point that I actually got up and left at 4:30 am. I wanted a hotel on the boardwalk. This was on rehoboth beach blvd, but my balcony overlooked the side street. It advertised boardwalk hotel. Overall it was close to all but low class motel. So sad to say this. I hate negativity. Sorry.
Nothing fancy. Great location. Would stay again.
Terrible. Bathroom dirty. Ask only to stay one night. Refused to give me my money back. Terrible business ethics.
