We stayed in Grisley Lodge, second floor, King room with balcony overlooking river. The room was immaculate, bed very comfortable & the sound of the river running just outside our room was a slice of heaven on earth. Front desk folks friendly & helpful. It was a much more luxurious experience than we had been expecting. We will most definitely be returning to enjoy another weekend away in this quaint little ski town & will only stay at this resort when we do. Thank you, Rock Creek Resort!!

Never leave reviews, but had to based on experience. This hotel is understaffed and lacks basic customer service standards. They rarely answer phones, or respond to emails. Management has refused a request to reverse a duplicate charge of $150. They charged me $150 for lift tickets when I checked in, and then charged me AGAIN on final bill. I’ve told them this is not right and requested a credit back to my card for the duplicate $150 charge. They have refused and now I have to dispute the duplicate charge with my credit card. Not once in the last 30 years of having credit cards have I had to dispute a charge. Super disappointing. Look at your final bill closely, I’m sure it has happened to others.

The Rock Creek Resort was absolutely fantastic. Staff were extremely professional and helpful. We brought our puppy and called ahead, and the staff had a dog bed and snacks waiting for her upon arrival. Not only was the place an amazing stay, the surrounding area was absolutely beautiful. 10/10 would stay again.
They even gave her a bone~

AWESOME place to stay

Our room and the resort were FANTASTIC. We overlooked Rock Creek and were able to enjoy its calming sounds. The room (upstairs) was very well lit which is important for my husband who has vision issues. The furnishings were lovely, the bed very comfortable, and the sitting area was wonderful. Our room had been refurbished a few weeks before we stayed there so everything was new and very clean. The only thing that was missing was a coffee machine in the room- but I was able to get coffee downstairs in the dining room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. All in all, a great experience. We wanted to stay another night and would have if there was a room for us.
