The Staff is very well trained, very friendly, and above all else, enthusiastic about having you as a guest, the property is very well maintained, and if you happen to be fortunate enough to get fresh doughnuts, they are quite simply the best.

Room was very nice. The front desk staff was great. The bartender was great. The waitress was great. The lady at the front of restaurant no so great. She was the only thing I can say bad. I would stay there again when in town. She may have been having a bad day?

I have been coming to Red Lodge for over 10 years and I ALWAYS choose the Pollard. The staff is truly friendly and caring. The location is amazing and cannot be beat by any other hotel. Great Pub downstairs to see music but not crazy or loud. Food is good and you can't beat staying in a really cool historic hotel. Why would you choose anywhere else? Location, history, great wifi, amazing staff AND a free breakfast! And not some lame continental Costco muffin. You can order anything from the menu. Breakfast is the best in town as you can tell by all the locals that com in too! LOVE the Pollard!

Great location, real value with the best breakfast in town (full breakfast- order anything you want), and super friendly staff. I stay at the Pollard EVER time I visit Red Lodge! I love this place!

The Pollard is losing its charm. Rooms are outdated, some very small. Needs remodeling. Breakfast restaurant staff is rough around the edges, very casually attired and inexperienced. Needs to be infused with new character and life. Not many fine dining experiences within 65 miles.

I like older hotels, but I expect and can live with some older amenitites. Not with this hotel. It had the character of an older hotel (built 100+years ago), but everything in my room was modern. I understand the hotel had been completely refurbished a few years ago.

Great value for the money. The only things I would change is newer beds and fans in the rooms. Our small room got stifling, they provided a fan when we asked and it cooled down with the window open. Beautiful wood work and great breakfast!
