The hotel was quite nice. I couldn’t have asked for more. The room was clean, everything worked as it should, the staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast was good, limited options but really good (I’d personally rather have limited options that are all good, then lots of options that taste like cardboard)

Didn’t have hot water in room for shower. Heater made terrible noises even when not operational that kept everyone awake in the middle of the night. Continental breakfast juices came out almost pure water. Coffee isn’t even brewed coffee it’s instant coffee out of a machine like the juice. Not much of an option besides yogurt or waffle

Very nice staff. One of the cleanest rooms I have had. There was a noise issue with the room above us but the staff were very attentive in trying to solve the issue. Due to this issue it was extremely disruptive to our experience and the staff gave us a bit of a refund for the hassle. Will stay again

The parking lot had ice melt down. Which is a plus. The room was clean. The staff we're friendly when we did see someone at the desk. We will stay here again (this is our third time staying here).
