The owners are very nice.

The staff was so kind to us. We will be making this our go to spot from now on. The rooms where nice and big too.

Room seemed a bit dated and smelled funny. At night it seemed like there were purple just hanging around outside. Lot was rather full but in the morning those cars seemed to have gone. Unsure if they actually stayed at the hotel or not.

Very clean rooms. Pool was open. Lots of local restaurants.

It was fine for a nite of just dropping in for some quick zzz's. it was pretty empty and quiet.aged but clean.the only thing was the back patio door didnt really lock so we moved the table and chair in front of it so we could hear if someone opened the door

This was fine for what we needed, a safe, clean stopover on al long drive from LA to Olympia and they are pet friendly so we were able to take care of our dog. Was thankful for the price, location and facilities.

Very in average service, cleanliness and customer service. Complimentary breakfast definitely not attractive - came with energy bar, apple, pastry and bottle water??!

Riverfront location & vintage vibes & friendly staff

I showed up and they said they were sold out and explain that orbits always over books them. I asked for a king room they gave me one with two queens next to a really loud the carpet dryer. They came down and change my room to one without carpet stains on the bedspread and Kate splattered all over the curtains. This should not be a two star hotel

The room is clean. The bed is very comfortable. The view of the pool and river is nice. Better than Motel 6. Close to both local and nationally recognized restaurants. Very quiet - although there was only one other room occupied. The grounds (lawn) is not well cared for. To go breakfast - which usually means an apple, granola bar and water. Overall, Our stay was fine.

Pleasantly pleased how clean the room was. Nice view of the river. Close to restaurants. Just wish they had nicer towels.

This motel wasn't to bad but it was 109 degrees outside and when got to our room the air conditioning wasn't turned and the refrigerator was unplug, the ice machine on site don't work so we had to buy ice

I can stay here over and over nice place, the pool was excellent

My wife booked this hotel for me so I could attend a family reunion in Red Bluff. The room was clean, the furnishing are a bit dated and some of the repairs to the walls aren't quite professional repairs, but after staying there the night I realized the best thing about the hotel is that the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the room was very quiet which made all the bad points insignificant. I stayed three nights and was very satisfied with everything.

We were very weary travelers. Not sure about the details of our plans and company. Traveling with very small children. Gal could not have been nicer! Really thankful!

This place is filthy and old and takes no pride in itself. They clearly take your money and never put a dime back into the place. It's s dump!

Very comfortable. Nice pool. Well maintained property. Good value.

Room was extremely small for 4 adults. Bathroom sink needs "Drano". Towels are the size of kitchen towels. Would not stay here again.
