Been here before and will go here again. As usual the people at the front desk were friendly and quick. The room was clean, everything worked and got a peaceful nights sleep. And only had to walk to a great restaurant. Great wine list and the seafood platter was all you could ask for on enjoy.
This hotel is terrible. Do not stay here. They refused to honor our reservation. Despite having a guaranteed and prepaid reservation, they would not give us a room. The check-in receptionist was incredibly rude and sarcastic when we arrived and basically wanted to get rid of us as soon as possible. It was clear the hotel had given away our room and left us stranded without anywhere to stay. Absolutely avoid this place at all costs. They clearly don't care about their guests at all, even when you have fully paid for your room they will give it to someone else if they feel like it and leave you stuck with nothing.
I'm sure it is actually a fine place but I have no way of knowing. We made reservations, called to confirm, arrived around 9pm to "sorry, we are sold out." Wow! The clerk was not even remorseful. I understand things happen but first off should have received a call immediately and second the clerk should have been a bit apologetic. Property looked clean and in a safe area. Would have been nice to stay!
My husband and I were on our last night driving home from Alaska. We were anxious to find a nice pet friendly hotel. I called ahead in the afternoon to make a reservation for the same night with an 11:00 arrival time. Reservation was made quickly and courteously. We arrived a little after 11:00, checked in quickly to a very nice room with two queen beds and tile floors. All pet friendly rooms should have tile floors and this was the first one we've encountered. Room was very clean. The Rolling Hills casino is right next door. Had a very quiet and restful night. Went to a very nice breakfast buffet at the casino, using our two free coupons provided with our stay. I definitely recommend this hotel.
Great place to spend the nighnight. The rooms were nicely appointed and clean. However, the carpets in the public areas and the elevator were extremely dirty. The pool was beautiful and sparkling clean.
My wife and I stayed here last year on a trip to Sacramento and decided to return this year. This place is right off of I-5, in the same parking lot with Rolling Hills Casino. It takes about a minute and a half to walk to the casino. Included with your stay are vouchers for the HUGE buffet breakfast they have at the casino restaurant. The room was beautiful like last year. Very clean. The shower was great and the bathroom spotless. All around great stay and we will be back again in the future. They also cater to truckers and give a nice discount for a commercial drivers license, trucker or not. Another great stay folks. Thank you!
We spent a night here as it is conveniently located right on Interstate 5 and found it really lovely. The property consists of a casino with 2 hotels complete with indoor and outdoor pools. What struck us the most was the friendliness of the helpful staff, at the front desk, in the restaurant and in the casino. When we went to check in the desk clerk informed us that if we went over to the casino to sign up for a club card we would get a discount on our room of $40! The room rate was very reasonable even before this, and included a wonderful buffet breakfast with omelets made to order and a huge selection of breakfast items. The room itself was spacious and spotless with microwave, fridge and lovely bathroom amenities. I honestly cannot think of anything that would have made our stay more comfortable. The casino had an extremely large non-smoking area which made us very happy, and once again the staff were wonderful. A very nice break in our long journey!
This is a very nice hotel. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and there's a free breakfast buffet across the parking lot in the Rolling Hills casino. I have stayed here several times and staff are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. Prices are higher than other hotels in the area, but it is worth it to me.
We have stayed here twice on our way to Calif and will continue to make this a regular stop. the hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful and above all the rooms and beds are comfy. We just stayed here this week and the front desk staff told us to go to the casino and sign up for a casino card which then would give us $25 off our room if we presented the card before we checked out. The card is free, plus it gave us half off on the buffet on Tuesday which was a bargain and $10 Free slot credit. Couldn't beat the offer. The hotel is clean and everything you could want is in the room. they give you a voucher for breakfast at the casino (located just across the parking lot) and the food there is actually very good! Easy off/on freeway plus if you are on a long trip the gas station is right next door.
I hope that next time we come, my husband can bring breakfast back to me. Other than that, a bit of updating would do for sure! Thanks see you later this month. The sheets had a stain but I could tell they had been washed. In updating, you could start with the carpet and then the rest of it. We do appreciate having the dogs stay!!! The front desk girl was so nice.
