37(A) Shore Rd, Raymond ME- Loon Lodge
4 BR home with incredible water views and a private sandy beach directly in front of the home! Lower level provides an open kitchen and living room area with 2 large sliding glass doors accessing the covered patio area and the private waterfront. The 2nd floor has a master bedroom with a queen bed, peaceful water views, and private bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a beautiful view of the lake. The 3rd bedroom has another queen bed, and a 4th bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds! The entryway area has generous mudroom with a full bathroom including a washer and dryer.
The interior and exterior dining areas are furnished with a large tables and plenty of seating to enjoy the sunset over Thomas pond. A large wrap around kitchen and island with sitting area provides everything needed to create your favorite family meal.
The private sandy beach is unbelievable! South facing and perfect for swimming, the beach area includes a fire pit as well as access to a canoe, kayaks, and paddleboard. Between the 2 rental homes is a shared dock with ability to launch and store a boat during your stay.
The home is equipped with everything needed to enjoy a Maine summer! Central Air Conditioning, all bedding linens, towels, etc, a very well equipped kitchen, a BBQ grill and much more.
